Dunkin' — Restaurant in Montville

I don’t usually leave reviews but this was so unbearable I had to. First of all I had to repeat my order multiple times. Then I go to the window and she drops my card. Okay that was an accident I thought it might be funny to put that in. But seriously then we get our coffee and food. Oh no. My friend sees the label on her coffee which said it had one hazelnut swirl when she asked for four. The workers lied and said they put four when we asked about it but there was only one when she tasted. As I rolled down my window the manager rolled her eyes and made rude hand gestures. The workers looked scared of the manager and annoyed with me they abruptly shoved the coffee in my face. We then start driving down the road I taste my hash browns, mkay not bad. Then my pancakes…hard as a rock. Then my coffee. Mind you I asked for 1 Carmel swirl 1 shot of coconut and whole milk. It was pure Carmel. Undrinkable. Disgusting. Disappointing. I think this ruined...

I never leave reviews when I have a bad experience somewhere but I’ve been trying to give this location chance after chance and it’s unacceptable at this point. Every time I go here the customer service is horrendous.. they have an attitude, you have to repeat yourself, and they almost always get my order wrong. When I pull up to the window every time I can hear the employees complaining about working and threatening to just walk out. A couple weeks ago I actually went inside to grab a coffee and the woman in front of me was actually an employee not in her uniform just talking to everyone behind the counter while I was ignored and had to wait for her to be done with her conversation.. even the manager came out to talk to her and I still stood there being ignored. This used to be my favorite Dunkin spot.. I don’t know what happened...

Went there this morning against my better judgment because my order is always screwed up and they take forever. They were decently busy, but it is what it is. Ordered three wake up wraps, the woman sighed, rolled her eyes, asked if that was it, which it wasn’t, I had a large order. So I told her no, there’s quite a bit more and she huffed and puffed, rolled her eyes again and turned her back to me. Made me feel super uncomfortable so I told her forget it and I drove 50 feet down the road to the other Dunkin’ where they were MUCH nicer. Consistently bad experience every time I go here. Unless you’re ordering a bottle of water just drive down the road to the other Dunkin. They’ll be happy to help without screwing it up or making you feel like an...
