McDonald's — Restaurant in Montville

I never had such a terrible experience at any McDonald's as I had at this store. Placed an order through the mobile app and chose to pickup at the store from the options. After parking the car I find out that the dining room is closed went back to the drive thru and that's where the terrible service started. It was clear that the agent couldn't find d the order than he asked me to drive to the second window. There was few cars ahead of me. When I arrived at the window I told him I have the mobile order. And I said BTW can you tell your manager to updated the dining room hours on the app and I told him what happened. So he said yes the dining room closes at 9pm I said I understand that's why it's need to be updated. He turns around and talks to his colleague and telling him in a very clear voice "what's up with this attitude" so I said this is not attitude it's for the benefit of the store. Than he grabs my order (bag) and soda (smal) and confirm the order while giving it to me which was wrong so I said no I have the three burgers and BTW the sprite is largely small. He turns and exchange the bag and pour the soda and hand them to me. It is very clear they lack training and no supervision. This is not the...

It was a dark and cold night... I had just finished a basketball game and the most horrifying thing happened, i split my toe. After this horrific trauma, I had trotted down to my car, and asked my mother for food. She knew i was hangry so she didn’t dare to say, “There is food at home.” We decide to go to the best fast food chain around: Mc Donalds. It is near the school and did not fail to disappoint us after long days, until..... now. When we went through the drive through, I ordered the finest cuisine: a ten piece chicken mcnugget meal. I desperately awaited for my food, and hurried home. I skipped to my kitchen in excitement and rummaged through the brown paper bag for my food. My mother’s order was there, but where was mine? No this can’t be right, they gave me the fries, though soggy and cold, and the beverage, how could they forget the centerpiece. How can one forget half of the meal. Full of emotions, I cried myself to sleep. An horrific event just occurred, karen would be majorly disappointed...

McDonald’s — A Tremendous Review, Believe Me!

Let me tell you, folks, McDonald’s is absolutely incredible. You walk in, and it’s like a well-oiled machine. They’ve got it all figured out. The Big Mac? It’s a classic — two all-beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions on a sesame seed bun. Perfect. Just like I like it.

The fries? No one does fries like McDonald’s. Crispy, golden, iconic. You could eat a million of them — some people probably have, and who could blame them? And the Filet-O-Fish? It's tremendous. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

The best part? It's fast, efficient, and reliable. Like a strong economy — you know exactly what you're getting, and it's consistent. No surprises, just great food. The employees are working hard, and you’ve got to respect that.
