Tokyo Hibachi & Sushi — Restaurant in Moon Township

If I can give zero star I would. I’ve been to Chinese, Vietnamese, Thailand take out before but I’ve never been to Japanese take out. So I thought this is gon be so good. Cause I’ve had great Japanese food before. I ordered 2 set order of eggrolls, two beef hibachi, two chicken soba, two sweet n sour chicken and two large soup. When I got there the lady at the counter told me that the two bags only are mine I ask her if she’s sure cause I have to drive 20 mins to get home and she said yes. I got home and there were no eggrolls and no sweet n sour chicken and no sweet n sour sauce in any of the two bags. I called her and she spoke to me like I’m lying she said she bagged it herself so we argue for a bit then finally she looked at one of the bag on her counter and the rest of my order was in that bag. I had to drive 20 mins back to her store just to get the rest of my order and it was cold by the time I got home. She didn’t offer any discount at all didn’t even say sorry. I will never order here again and not just because I didn’t get all my order. The food was terrible and The hibachi was dry and was such a small portion that it didn’t even feed my two boys. The rice was too much and the meat was too little, soup was ok, soba was ok, chicken sweet and sour was terrible. Please do not waste your money coming to this restaurant. You’ll be...

One star is way too generous. I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I just ate here with my mother & we also ordered takeout for my kids and husband. 6 hibachi plates total the lady rang us up and the bill was $77.28 which I left a nice tip on (I always tip even when I just do take out) once we sat down she brought us the food there was no broccoli with the chicken, steak, rice and vegetables, I asked her why there was no broccoli, she then stated the broccoli only come with the teriyaki meal, that would have been nice to know considering I specifically asked if the veggies come with broccoli! When I asked for extra yum yum sauce she walked back over to the register and charged me $1.00 for the extra sauce, I asked for spicy Mayo she charged me $0.64. Her attitude was really bad and made us a bit uncomfortable, my mother and I were already discussing between us how we would never come back to this place and to make matters worse the food wasn’t that great, the steak was gummy AND there was a hair in my food!!!! It wasn’t a big long hair but it was definitely a hair. When I showed it to the lady she said it’s probably just something from the grill. I'm very simplistic in regards to my sushi. I don't like wasabi or pickled ginger which is why you don't see it on my platter. The first time my order came out, it included avocado, which I also don't like. This wasn't mentioned in the menu listing for what I ordered. However, they replaced my order without issue. As I was sitting there, two other customers had issues with the menu not giving complete listings of certain ingredients, which can be a serious issue for people with allergies, such as avocado. So in my opinion, they need to redo their menu. One poor girl decided to suffer through her spicy meal which didn't have an indication of spicy on the menu. She looked so unhappy!
