Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Moon Township

3 strikes and you’re out! The first time I visited this location (the first week of opening this location) there were 3 cars in front of me in the drive thru BUT they walked pass all those cars and brought me my food but I could not exit until those cars left which was more than five minutes! When I questioned the employee as to why? He responded; “Well it would just be waiting at the window”. So I decided not to go back again because our food was really cold once I got home! Well I tried them again on March 14th and the food was much better but the young lady at the window behaved bizarrely! I had my phone in my left hand slightly out the window so she could scan my app and once it was scanned; she reached in my car and grabbed my debit card 💳 . My debit card was in my right hand near my middle console which was so disturbing! The third and final strike happened today which I documented in the attached pictures! My son treated me and his girlfriend to dinner and $47 later we threw everything away because there was a nearly 16 inch piece hair packaged like a wanted condiment in my sons girlfriend’s Smokehouse BBQ Bacon sandwich with grilled filet! That sandwich was what sent them to Chick Fil A today and we should have chosen another establishment! We immediately tried contacting this location but the call got bumped to their Customer Care (not the location) and we were told it would take 1-2 Business days to receive a call back! As I now had a reason to read the reviews I noticed another gentleman had a hair in his French fries 🍟 😳. Do better Chick Fil A; you have lost me as a customer forever! My son and his girlfriend said they would just never go to this...

I don’t typically leave bad reviews, but this was the worst chic fil a experience. To preface, it was dead and we were 1 of 2 cars in the drive thru. Had to go through the drive thru 4 times to get the correct order and go in to the restarunt once to retrieve the sauces and straws for our drinks.

We were given someone else’s order to start with (despite confirming the name), then were missing sauces and straws the second time around when they gave us the correct order, which was already cold at that point, then had to go back around again once we realize we were given the wrong sandwhich. THEN got home and noticed the fries were halfway filled, the chicken on the sandwhiches were miniscule and overcooked, and the buns were stale/old. My brother went back, I had given up at that point.

I used to work at a chic fil a, and aftershift sandwhiches (no longer fresh and hot) were still enjoyable to eat. These were almost inedible after a 7 minute drive home. The food quality is honestly really bad compared to what chic fil a used to be (not sure if this is an overall chic fil a issue or just this location, I think in this case it was a mix of both).

The only upside is that the worker dealing with all of this was pleasant and apologetic; but whoever is responsible for making sure all items are in the correct bag, is very much lacking at their job. I have a feeling they don’t have the necessary systems in place to run an establishment that focuses in any way on quality, accuracy...

This Chick-fil-a has the new mobile thru which is supposed to be faster but if anything it’s the slowest option. I waited in line for 20 minutes on the mobile through while I watched car after car drive past me. And I’m not just talking about like a few cars at least 10 cars had passed and got their order. How does that make it the faster line. If you ever go to this Chick-fil-A, don’t even bother going through the mobile thru.

Came back a few weeks later don’t bother using curbside either, normally when you pull up to the curbside, it’ll tell you that your order will take 5 to 7 minutes and that’s fine. I was willing to wait that and finally it said somebody’s gonna bring out your order. I proceeded to sit there for another 10 minutes and I had to go inside and say hey you know I’ve been sitting here for 15+ minutes now and I’m at this spot waiting for my order and she looks down at the orders and goes. Oh yeah it’s right here. Mine was the only order on the shelf. How would you not wanna just...
