Kip's Ice Cream — Restaurant in Moon Township

I have been to this place a few times before and the ice cream is great and the customer service is even better. I was bringing over some supplies for my friend who was very sick and forgot to get a bottle of water for him, so I stopped in quick to get one and forgot that they do not accept debit cards and the amazing woman working there let me take a water anyways and just asked that I put the money for it in the tip jar the next time I come. There is not this kind of customer service anywhere nowadays and its refreshing to see it at this store! I will be recommending this place as the best overall place to get ice cream in the area. Went here after looking at an apartment with my kid. He really wanted to stop by. They are only cash but have an ATM on site. Was greeted right when we walked in and it smelled so sweet. They make all their own icecream in shop which is so nice! My son got the cookie and cream which he absolutely loved and I got the toffee iced coffee. I am Gluten free so I couldn't try his ice cream but it looked yummy. I was really in the mood for a vanilla with Reese cups in it but the lady told me that they didnt make that flavor today so that's why I got the coffee and it was delicious! I came here three times, and each time they put so much hot fudge on my ice cream that it melted into a soupy mess. The hot fudge is too hot; they should put just a little bit. They have a terrible attitude. When I was trying to decide what to order, they rudely asking, “How can I help?” and didn’t give me time to figure out what I wanted. They kind of rush you out, kind of like pushing and forcing you to decide. The older lady and the girl with dark hair were especially disrespectful. On top of that, they only accept cash.
