Worst customer service I have ever received at a fast food chain. My family and i went in for a weekend lunch, drove all the way to the this location to my surprise upon entering the restaurant my daughter and I discussed menu options for her, she was a little indecisive as any kid could be! The manager on duty walked over to the front counter register and just blurted out, "What do you want!", I asked for a couple more minutes and she responded with "Nevermind then." She went back to what she was doing! I stood there for a total of 10 minutes after deciding our choices to be waited on. Two orders in the drive thru screen! They weren't busy at all! Waiting patiently she finally came over we ordered our meals and sat down! My husband stood at the counter waiting for our food! All the while I watch the lady go from touching cash, to touching onion rings, to touching a computer screen to touching drink cups, without any gloves on! Mind you germs are present anywhere. I'm not the one to preach and I'm sure not the one to preach on the epidemic we are in right now. I go out in public and I feel for the most part I take pride in keeping my family and myself safe! But given that food safety is real and washing your hands after touching money to make food is a given or for any surface contact is a big deal! Isnt it also a state guideline that if you work in a food chain restaurant to wear a mask? Not a single person in the establishment had a mask on or gloves! I sat there some more the lady went outside gave a customer an order and came back in, my husband asked kindly, " Can we please get our drink cups!" She blurted back with well you're just going to have to wait!" By that time I'm flustered! I stood up and walked over to the counter and asked for a refund and for the supervisor/corporates phone number! She responded to me well good you dont need to be inside here anyway! She refunded my money and i asked for corporates phone number again and she said ma'am i am the manager and i will not give out that information! It was a very unpleasant situation to have to go through while just enjoying a weekend afternoon for lunch! I gave her the benefit of the doubt several times and to me it just seems that she did not want to be at work and she did not want to serve me and my family. Read moreI haven’t eaten at Carl’s Jr in years because the service is awful, however I recently moved and thought I’d try this location. I checked online at Carl’s Jr website to see if i had enough time to order since it was 10:30. The website says they close at 12. So I placed an online order. I arrived at 1048 and nobody would answer the speaker box. So I drove to the window when I got to the window at 10:54 I was greeted by an angry older lady on 05/19/23 who very rudely said next time get here earlier , you were this close to not getting your food, so I said well Carl’s Jr website says you close at midnight and so does google and she said we are a franchise and close when we want. Then shut the window in my face. She bagged my food which was already made BEFORE 11. There was a line behind me of people she wouldn’t take an order for. I never order food if a place is closing in 30 mins but still, you are OPEN until the clock hits the exact time you close and being rude to customers because your website isn’t accurate is a bit crazy. Read moreI’m a regular here, like every other day I come & get either breakfast lunch or dinner. In the last 2 weeks, customer service has declined majorly. I’ve order the new hand breaded chicken sandwich twice but both times ended up with a burger. The first time it I just tried to eat it, but the 2nd time I went up there to get it replaced. They literally just replaced the meat, kept the same exact soggy bun with hamburger grease on it same lettuce, same everything! Not to mention they didnt replace my fries or anything after having to drive back up there. So my fries were cold & my drink was watered down when I finally got back home. When I called back up there the manager acted unapologetic, & acted like it was completely normal to handle the situation the way they were.
