I visited this location this evening and it was, frankly, the worst experience that I have that ever endured at one of these locations. Let me begin by saying the restaurant and the food service area were both filthy and disgusting. I waited behind 4 people that they refused to wait on until they completed the internet orders (roughly 12 min). Once I arrived at the line, I looked back in the food prep area and in addition to it being disgusting, there was a gentleman wiping down the back prep area with a rag that looked like he found it at the mechanic shop next door. He also was using a grill scrapper on the counter, periodically cleaning it with said rag, which he then proceeded to come and wipe down the font prep area and cutting utensils with. The prep area was a mess and disgusting. Being familiar with food handling and safety regulations, I spotted no less than 10 violations in the short time I was there. I was willing to let this go, and happily and politely placed my order. The line associate helping me was very accommodating and friendly, this was the positive point of the visit. I ordered 4 burritos a large guacamole, and a large queso and the bill was roughly $62. Since the restaurant was only accepting credit or exact change, I paid with my credit card and put $5 in the tip jar. This is the point that prompted me to write this review. The manager was taking payment, and I requested that the line tech put my burrito back on the grill for a moment and melt the cheese, just like they have done multiple times a week at virtually every location I have visited in the many years I have patronized the business. The line tech was in the process of completing this request, and the manager stopped her and told me that they no longer did that, and flatly refused. I asked why, and he said that they no longer took any "special requests" from customers, and If I didn't like it, it was my choice to take my business elsewhere. I then ask him for the customer service number. He informed me that there wasn't one, and refused to give me a receipt. I politely told him that I would not be retuning to this location and left with my food. To add insult to injury, once I arrived home and unpackaged my food, the queso wasn't in the bag. This location needs serious help. I own several businesses in the area, and if any of my employees (especially a manager) treated a customer this way, they would face immediate termination. I have been a loyal patron since Chipotle was founded, and this was very disheartening as most locations usually provide excellent food and service. I will also be filing complaints with both the Cleveland County board of health, and the Oklahoma board of health for the numerous and severe violations that I witnessed. This location needs some serious oversight and management training. As businesses continue to alienate long time loyal customers profits will fall, and from a risk management standpoint, the cross-contamination concerns could result in massive lawsuits resulting from the injury or death of consumers. Read moreWe are regularly here. We eat at a Chipotle at least once a week. My review started out as three stars, but then when they handed me a messed up order I chose to drop it to 2.
They have 2 stations where they make food now. One is for to go only, the other is the original order at the counter line.
So I ordered online thinking it would be faster. But when I got there, the 2 guys working at the order here line were doing nothing while 1 person was working 6 separate orders at the online order station. there's another gentleman that comes over occasionally and helps her make one or two items and then disappears for a couple minutes.
Currently there are 5 different people, including myself, waiting for our orders. Why don't they have those 2 guys pull orders 1 at a time while they aren't busy to help? I've now watched 4 people come and go while only 1 online person got their order.
Oh to top it off, they just gave my order to someone else with a similar name. Now they have to remake it.
There were some issues during covid, and it had gotten to the point to where they did not make app orders until you showed up. But at least everyone seemed to be doing the best they could.
As messed up as everything is tonightI decided to check my order. Sure enough, they got 2 of out 3 bowls wrong. My order was supposed to be ready at 6:45. It's now after 7.
At least the cashier offered me a drink. Large fountain drink. Yay. 🤨
The food is great, but the way they do things is sometimes backwards or inefficient. Guess I'll quit using the app and take my chances on the line from now on.
Well, I'm back in here editing my review again and taking it down to one star! I made the 10 to 15-minute drive home and find out that my wife's bowl is still wrong. I had double check the order again, but I did not dig into it this time. And they had stuff piled on there so deep I couldn't tell, that they had put queso, beans, fajita veggies on it and no rice! add another photo that shows the messed-up bowl right next to the receipt that clearly shows what it was supposed to be.....
If the owners or managers read this, I sure hope they try to make it right cause at this...

Let me start by saying, This is my review after being very dissatisfied with a previous visit. We've all had a bad experience at a Chipotle and if you say no you haven't, you are lying.
The other day, I was in town getting groceries. It was later in the day and we had decided to pick up Chipotle because we needed a good meal and I can eat it while driving, hello burrito.
Unfortunately, my burrito was rolled terriblyyy. Couldn't eat it, got home and I was HANGRY. The food and the quality of the food was phenomenal but the presentation was garbage. Called to "politely" complain the next day and the man assured me that I could come in and everything would be taken care of for me.
Fast forward to today, walked in, talked to the gentleman cleaning up and stocking. Told him the situation and he stopped what he was doing to make my food for me. Very impressed and you know it's good Chipotle when you don't want your burrito to end. All the food was made properly and seasoned very well. I have no problem spending my money when somewhere puts the effort in to make my food and my experience good. Thank you neighborhood Chipotle! ✌️😍
Update: Fresh food always. Great staff. Very clean inside. We appreciate having great food available and being able to get a late dinner to go also. We will continue to support Chipotle.
