I love Qdoba! This location is no different than any of their other great locations.
Food: This visit I picked up a burrito in a bowl. It's a special request that I've really enjoyed and am glad Qdoba caters to those customizations. I like a large number of ingredients that can be difficult to wrap up as burrito initially so I like an open faced burrito served in a bowl so I can mix all the ingredients together, eat a bit, then wrap up the leftovers as a burrito and eat it for a second meal or snack. All of the ingredients were delicious and fresh. The steak wasn't dried out, which I admit is sometimes an issue at Qdoba. My daughter on the other hand is the complete opposite. She likes soft tacos with steak, queso, sour cream and cheese. That's it. But that's part of the draw of Qdoba for us. Customization right in front of you where you know your food is exactly what you want. I took one star off because we both ordered queso and chips and I believe the small amount of queso received was a little less than what should be served for the price. Still great food.
Service: the employees at this location were friendly and happy to cater to my different, not on the menu, request. Zero complaints. Great staff.
Atmosphere: I like this location's seating arrangement. It provides indoor and outdoor seating, high tops, low tops, booths, chairs, and stools. A little bit for everyone. The booths are a little on the small side for fat boys like me. It was a bit uncomfortable and the table didn't move. No biggie. Many places like this. The reason I took one star off for the atmosphere was due to the floor. The day we visited was a rainy day. The floor was very slippery through the line leading up to order. Maybe put down some floor mats in the entry and line area to help with this. If it wouldn't have been raining that day I don't believe I would have noticed the...
Read moreThis evening, I had a disappointing experience at Qdoba despite the food being good as usual. My brother and I are regulars and have been coming to this location for years without any issues. When I arrived, I noticed the employee behind the counter cleaning with a rag. After finishing, she dumped the rag into a bucket labeled “disinfectant” and immediately proceeded to put on gloves without washing her hands. Concerned, I politely asked her to wash her hands, explaining that she had just been handling a cleaning rag. Instead of acknowledging the request professionally, she rolled her eyes while turning to wash her hands. She then asked another employee to prepare my order. Even after washing her hands, she continued to roll her eyes, shake her head, and mumble under her breath. At that point, I addressed her attitude directly, telling her she could speak up instead of mumbling.
This situation could have been avoided entirely if the employee had responded professionally and without attitude when asked to follow a basic hygiene practice. Customer service should always be respectful, especially when dealing with regulars. I hope management addresses this to ensure better experiences...
Read moreJust went to this Qdoba and experienced the most disrespectful service I have ever received in my life. Both of the store managers Angel and Carsen took my order, they both smirked and laughed as I told Angel that my burrito was not complete as he had assumed I was done ordering. I am always respectful to everyone I meet, being that I am a customer I definitely do not pay to be rudely treated by incompetent workers. The reason why I know the names and positions of both workers is due to the fact that when I kindly asked for their names as I was planning to write a survey, Carsen sarcastically ensured me that "the owner would love to know how both his best store managers are doing." I was already on edge due to mistreatment of the elderly woman in front of me was receiving as she was ordering her small grandchild a quesadilla, not wanting to get involved I assumed that there was something that occurred that I missed but it seems that they both just had horrible attitudes. I'm not the type of person to make a big deal out of things as I understand differences and that workers are human, however, this situation does not deserve to...
