Edit 2 (5/27/25): This happened around a month ago during a very busy season for me, but I had to come back to edit my review once I had time because this last visit was too egregious not to mention. Unfortunately, I've had to drop their rating for service to 1/5 and I took a star off of food and atmosphere for this as well. I made a to-go order for 4 people online. When I went to pick it up, Pho Lan had completely forgotten to make one of the entrees. I, extremely frustrated, agreed to wait while they made it, but had to ask them to remake my own dish when they only offered to "reheat it" (due to a medical condition I cannot eat food that has been left out for any length of time without getting sick). They finally agreed to it, but it was a very confusing process as the extremely sweet lady up front had to run back and forth between me and the kitchen and spoke little English. I then received a text asking that one of the drink orders be remade because we had to wait 15 minutes for the new order to be completed and the boba smoothie was going to melt before we brought it back home. So I had to communicate with the staff again, and was at least sent a girl who understood me to communicate with. Then I find out the person whose entree was forgotten had driven to my house to pick it up before work, but was going to miss getting it since the food was now coming so late. They ended up going to work without lunch and wasted a chunk of time because of the amount of driving they did just to try to pickup their meal. It made me so mad that this could have been prevented. It was a mess, too much to coordinate, utterly avoidable, and very upsetting because I adore Pho Lan's food, but I just cannot justify going back to them after repeatedly being treated like this. They are so, so forgetful with to-go orders. At least I was offered a free water while I waited. Points to the waitresses, they are always kind.

Edit (4/18/25): I'm dropping my service rating from 4/5 to 2/5 because of how many times they have forgotten to include things in our to-go orders. No less than a dozen times now at least (we get takeout here weekly). Today they completely forgot to include lettuce for the thin vermicelli platter. It's completely unacceptable. Please complain to management if this happens to you as well. I'm hoping the kitchen can get the right people hired to ensure this doesn't continue.

This is one of the best restaurants in the OKC metro area. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in Vietnamese cuisine. Everything I've had from their menu has been good: pho, vermicelli or rice platters, a variety of rolls, etc. My favorite dish is the coconut milk vermicelli bowl with grilled pork! My only suggestion is that if you get to-go that you double check you have all of the carrot sauce and coconut milk containers with your dishes. They sometimes forget to...

Did a take out. My wife ordered the Vermicilli style noodles with bbq pork B3 that we saw on the online menu. Luckily i decided to go to restaurant and order it, so meal stays warm.

When i got there, B3 was Vermicilli style noodles with fried dumpling bbq pork. The waiter or person helping me, mentioned bbq pork in B12 and so i ordered it.

I should have checked the to go order before i left restaurant because when i got home, the bbq pork was just slices of luncheon meat( manager said this is how vietnamese bbq looks like luncheon meat and if i wanted what i am describing i should have ordered grilled pork). My wife has ordered bbq pork before and we beg to differ in opinion and upon checking bbq pork vietnamese style, it does not look like luncheon meat. I did not remember to take photos of their claim on bbq meat.

Wife was hungry and she already started eating the noodles and veggies while I was really dissapointed and all i needed was the meat exchanged. The manager did not want to honor this unless i brought the whole meal back. Seem over fetched and lack of customer service and care for mishaps.

Due to this bad experience, we would check this restaurant off our list. Word of advise, if eating in ask discrete description of meat used and take out order, check before you...

We love Asian restaurant and would go to any length to encourage more Asian restaurant business owners to do great for the city. But this Pho place doesn’t deserve it. Their Pho is horrible, not authentic at all.

We can be kind and easy with them. But one thing that we experienced yesterday that can’t be forgiven at all. While all customers were eating and having noodle soup, the wait staff went around and collected their hoisin and sriracha sauce bottles. We hadn’t finished our meal yet and we needed the sauce. We had to ask for those bottles again. They delivered again and within 5 minutes, they came to clear the bottles of the table again. Not only our table, they did the same to other tables. We then realized they were thinking all the customers are stealing their sriracha and hoisin bottles. That’s why they collected immediately. Common, don’t treat all customers as cheaply as your customer service and attitude. Your Pho bowls are not cheap though.

I don’t know how to rate on the scale here while you only can choose between 1 to 5. Isn’t there any negative to choose?
