I come here all the time after a long day and everytime I come my favorite worker Olivia is there she makes the experience go from a 10/10 to a infinity♾/10 no matter the day or hour I know I can come in and be welcomed by a beautiful friendly smile it's like stepping into an alternate universe a universe without stress or worries her attitude and smile makes life feel like a utopia she recommends me the yummiest milk and Boba teas and everytime it fills my tastebuds with love, not only when you place your order there's a cute style of the shop but if you watch closely you can see miracles in the make, as if God sent the a Boba tea goddess Olivia to come and make a heavenly tea. No stress, no worries, no rush, the tea is made to perfection everytime and the service of love is felt into the very essence of the tea. I will come over and over for many years to come. The staff here are wonderful. Excellent fast friendly service. The drinks are good but the tapioca is smaller and a bit tougher than what you’d be used to (undercooked). However, I have a question for management. I like to order a half Taro half Matcha boba tea, and even tho that could be a bit odd, still, that’s simply what I like. I want my drink that I’m paying for to be exactly how I want it to be. And I get my order that exact way at EVERY other place I go to, no questions asked. However, for whatever reason, the staff keep telling me that management has “rules” against that and when I ask (but why tho) they say they don’t know! I really don’t see the harm of adding half Taro powder and half Matcha! You can charge me more if that’s the issue. But imagine going to a restaurant or Starbucks or Subway and they tell you you can’t have your order that you’re paying for the way you like it. It was my second time I thought I’d try again. I walked about while waiting on my tea, the floor was so sticky that my feet were clinging to it. The young lady that rang me was pleasant, but quickly went to the back I was the only person there.Another young lady created my tea. When I poked it with the straw it squirted all over the counter the floor and my hands. She did offer to clean it up, but it felt like she should have know how to fill it without that happening. I ended up wiping the cup. When I got into the car and took my first sip, it was very sweet, the boba pearls were hard, not soaked long enough, they were extremely chewy and believe me i have had lots of boba teas in other areas, never like this.
