DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE. I used this place for mounting my new tires to new wheels for my SUV. I forgot about the TPMS sensors. It wasn't even suggested by the guy writing me up. You would figure a place like this would know that modern vehicles require TPMS sensors. Their response was "we don't know what vehicle these are going on" all along with the center caps display the model of the vehicle. Well I ordered some sensors and paid them to install and rebalance.

Here is where it gets better. Three of my tires lose around 10psi everyday. So I would have to fill them up daily. I did this for 3 days. I checked for any punctures and nothing. I went back and they tell me "Oh the main stem cap needed additional tightening. We have a new guy and he is still learning." Okay the "fix" slowed the leak down because the next morning I was only down 7psi... I went back again (that Friday) and they tightened again and said I all set. Come Sunday morning and 3 tires were down 20psi! I went to a local tire service shop and they found my new TPMS sensors were leaking from improper installation and all the additional tightening damaged the sensors. So I was out $53.36 on new sensors and an additional $60 for install and rebalance. Even the original balancing was terrible. The tech showed me where all the wheels had 2 weights in different places on each wheel.

After all of this I go to show the guys at installation unlimited what happened and what it cost me. The gave me a "sorry and said we wish we could have fixed it". They would not reimburse me for the sensors that they damaged nor the incurred repair cost. I expected they would offer me a refund for what they charged me for install and rebalance at...

Where do I start? Do not let these people touch your vehicle. When I got my truck back from them hooking my stereo sound system it seemed fine until 1 week later i smell a burning electric smell. Checked where smell from and was my subwoofers hot to the touch. Had crackling in subs long story short subs were toast!Instead of installion unlimited paying for my subwoofers and making things right they refused and I had to get new set of subs sent to me. Luckily the company i bought subwoofers from sent me 2 more brand new subwoofers free of charge to replace the brand new ones this so called company messed up. 6 months later my horn quits working and Toyota place says they can't fix because the way my stereo is wired and that's why horn quit working. Now i basically have no horn and have to rig a horn up to pass my truck for inspection every year now.The door speakers I had them install were done shoddy and rigged up.They left wires exposed and used electrical tape in places instead of heat shrink. I could go on and on just a nightmare I paid them to mess my truck up and had to pay a different place to go back over their shoddy work and fix things...

Texted customer service to see if Unlimited of LKN can lower my SRT Jeep using Eibach Pro Kit. I was told, "we have done a few of these. We only install what we sell. The reason is to ensure that any warranty issues are covered." I was quoted a price, which I thought was high, but most of the reviews were good. I continued to text customer service that I will call on Monday and set up an appointment, and customer service agreed. I called Monday morning and nobody picked up the phone. I left a message with my contact information as the message indicated. Nobody called back that same morning. I called back later that day, and nobody picked up the phone once again. As of four days later, nobody has called back from this company. I have contacted three additional companies and have received three call backs or these respective companies have picked up the phone. Each quote was cheaper by at least $100. If you are going to spend your disposal income, spend it with a company that values a customer. This company obviously does not and picks...
