On 7/12/2023 at approximately 6:45 pm I placed a mobile pick up order at this location. We arrived to pick it up just as it was being packaged so we waited a bit before I I sent my 13 year old daughter in to grab the order out of the box. Once she went in, I began people watching as I sat in my car in front of the store. During the few minutes I was waiting, I observed a lady and her toddler daughter come out of the store visibly upset. After her, I saw another young pregnant woman come out of the store shaking her head and also upset. My daughter finally comes out with our order and as I am helping her put the order in the car, I notice we don’t have our sauce and brownies. I tell her to run back in to get it and she immediately looked panicked and said “Please don’t make me. The guy working the counter and cutting pizza is very rude.” I asked her what she did to upset him and she said “Nothing. He was throwing boxes and being mean, and he yelled at the lady with the little girl that he has been working 10 days straight.” So I go in to get our missing items and the first thing I observed was him scowling and slamming pizza boxes down, and acting completely unhinged. He noticed I was there and literally stomped over to me with the same scowl and more attitude than all 3 of my teenage daughter’s could muster up all together. It immediately upset me because this man’s behavior explained why those ladies and my daughter were so shaken up after leaving the store. I told him not to approach me like that because I was not going to be intimidated by him. He said “What do you want?” or something to that effect in an extremely rude manner. I told him I didn’t get my sauce. He says “Well she just walked out without it” and I said “yeah because you are acting like a bully and you intimidated a 13 year old little girl that was just trying to pick up her pizza.” At no point did he seem apologetic which lead me to saying some unkind words that I am not proud of as well. However, in my defense, I have never in my 25 years of working in the food industry and in nearly every position in a restaurant, witnessed an employee behave that way towards a customer, when unprovoked. And the fact that he was treating those young women and my young daughter in that way, shocked and upset me to the point that I was seeing red. I was very remorseful after reflecting on my encounter on the drive home because it occurred to me that I probably put him in an even worse mood, and the poor girl working with him in an unsafe situation. I was worried that he might direct his anger towards her and I did not see any other employees there that could come to her aid if that man became violent. Which I very much believe he was capable of.
This is actually the second time that I have received very poor customer service at this location, and encountered an employee that seemed very unhappy with their work environment. I know from experience that restaurant work can be very challenging and tiresome, and dealing with customers isn’t always pleasant, but it was very apparent to me that the employees at this location are miserable in their work environment and they are taking it out on the customers that come in there. Little Ceasars, you can do better than this.
Someone else posted this photo of the guy had the unpleasant encounter with so I am reposting in case...
Read moreManager is disrespectful. I ordered a pizza online and got the wrong pizza because it was easier for them to give me a normal one than what I ordered. I then called and asked to speak to a manager. First women answered asked what was wrong when I asked to speak to her then proceeded to not let me talk to her til I said am I still talking to you or the manager. Then the manager picked up the phone rudely after the first women yelled crossed the store to her cussing about how I was being rude for asking to speak to her manager which by the way people are aloud to do when somethings wrong with their employees work. The manager then proceeded to ask what was wrong so I began telling her whole time shes sitting there trying to talk over me after asking what's wrong again while im telling her and trying to ask other things while im literally telling her my order is wrong and what its supposed to be then continues calling me sweetheart aggressively over and over til I ask her to stop then have to tell her I've asked her to stop its disrespectful to not when someone asks you too. She then hung up on me because she couldn't handle a simple confrontation. I called back simply asking for her name and had my boyfriend ask and she proceeds to say no he cant have her name because she knows that hes with me then I spoke up and said im literally just trying to talk to her about MY order not his cause he didn't have one but she refused to and hung up on me again. Very rude. Didn't even give her an attitude or have one until I wad off the phone because unlike other people on this earth I can actually speak to other human beings and be this thing called respectful. Wrong order, bad customer service over the phone, rude manager. If I could give one star I would and thats sad because I used to love only this little ceasars and would only ever go to this one even though I had to drive 45 minutes to get here everyday. Last time long...

We ordered our single pizza and breadsticks order online at 622pm to give us plenty of time to drive and for it to be ready when we arrived. We did not get our notification that it was being placed into the oven until 647pm. Not that big of a deal because of the two large orders we saw walk out the door not long after we pulled into the parking lot.
So, we sat in the car for ten minutes waiting for the ready alert. At this point many more cars are pulling in and every one is obviously waiting just like us. Tired of waiting, we walk inside at 655pm and have a seat, thinking that it shouldn't be too much longer (that was an incorrect assumption). We sat, and sat, and sat and eventually the lobby was standing room only of people waiting.
Two seperate walk-in customers came looking for some hot-and-ready pizzas but there were none so they ordered some to be made. They only waited ten minutes to get their pizza!!!
Finally, at 722pm, our order was placed into the kiosk and we were elated to finally get to enjoy some Friday night pizza! The pizza was barley above room temperature! The ticket on the pizza box stated that the pizza was finished at 653pm...30 minutes passed from when the pizza exited the oven and when it was finally placed into the kiosk! WTH!! I love cold pizza but only as left overs.
Maybe if the worker stayed in the building instead of walking out to go next door and grab something to drink from Jersey Mike's and coming back to jump on his mobile phone in the back, especially in a spot that was clearly visible...
