Poor customer service, ordered pizza online, the store called me back and said the "kitchen" was closed, after they charged me. Keep in mind hours listed on site said they were open. Called to get a refund, said I had to contact door dash. So I play the game, call doordash for them to tell me the charges were from Caseys. Look at my bank account and sure enough, charge lists "Caseys". Circle back earlier this week and talk to Joe about a refund, he was dead set I received my pizza from a kitchen that closed at 9 and the receipt he printed me for the transaction said 9:34p. Luckily. I called corporate and they refunded my money in less tha 3 minutes. Don't put people in position that cant perform in their role. Went from a regular customer to never buying from that store again, worst local customer...

Been going to this store for gas for years, and for the last year now they never have paper in the gas pumps for receipt. I have to have receipts for my company records and I have to always go into the store and wait in line to ask for a receipt. Finally had enough of these employees being to lazy to fill the gas pump paper, so my business will be going to another store that appreciates...

If sheโs the manager I feel bad for the employees. I walked up to the register she looks at Shawn and rolls her eyes after ringing me in she leaves and yells at him to run the register so she could go stand and do nothing. Wish I would have gotten a name but the girl has pink/red...
