Kinda sad to see people say this is the best in Morgan County - this standard has to be very low. I understand higher rating must be easier to get when it's coming from those not have the opportunity to experience really good Chinese food.

This place was filthy 1st off, no reason for the inside to as dirty as what I saw. I would question their cleanliness behind the scenes based on what I witnessed entering this restaurant. Also I would ask if anyone knows how often the board of health inspects this place because of they are not currently looking at this place they soon will be. I would say from eating many at Chinese places this one rates low.
