Coming from up north I was real excited to find this location. I was having family coming in from CT and wanted some subs. I love heavily hoagie and should have stuck with them but wanted to try this out. I ordered 6 giant subs @$15 each...... Totally NOT worth $15 each..... I ordered two Italians, (Decent amount of meat, but again HG gives you more for less) 1 roast beef/turkey 1 meatball (Meatballs were great! not enough cheese) 1 philly steak and 1 philly chicken (Both were OK, Chicken one tasted weird, hardly anything on these) I told them to put everything on them, and maybe they do not have these things, but there were no olives, pickles or green peppers on any of the cold subs, just L+T+onion and cheese. Sorry, for $15 each I expected ALOT more...... Also, I did not expect any discount, but I did ask since I was ordering 6 giant subs if they would do anything, and they laughed and said no.... Not for nothing but customer service goes a long way. Only gave it 2 stars because the subs were OK, it is not like we threw them out, but for all reasons above they would have been alot better. There are too many other sub shops around to be like this.... Lost...
Read moreNever in my life have I been treated so awful by someone over a sandwich being made wrong!!!! The man working tonight argued with my husband and myself for over 10 minutes. FLAT OUT REFUSED to make a new sandwich in replace of the one that was wrong. REFUSED to give a refund for it also. Told me to take it up with the app. ?????? I ordered a sandwich with extra meat and extra turkey. It came slathered in oil, regular meat and ONE piece of cheese. The man argued that's the way I ordered it. Which is WRONG. instead of saying "I apologize that your sandwich was made wrong, what can I do to fit for you?" I was made to feel like garbage because no one wanted to make this right. Arguing with a very loyal and returning customer is despicable. I will never in my life come to this Jersey Mikes again!! Read moreWhen I went in to get a sandwich a couple weeks ago I was told they were out of turkey because there was a national shortage. I called the location approximately 10 miles away and was told that they had turkey. These two stores get their deliveries from the same company, on the same day. No one greeted me when I walked in & there were four people working behind the counter. The service was unfriendly and the gentleman making my sandwich acted like he couldn't possibly care less about providing good customer service. He actually rolled his eyes at me when I asked for extra tomato. The tea I got had gone sour and when I asked for some lemon, I was rudely imformed that they didn't provide lemon which has never been the case. A few years ago this was a wonderful store, but now I would rather drive out of my way to go to the Cornelius location then get a sandwich from the Mooresville ...
