to get down to the point, fusion bowl is LITERALLY MY ALL TIME FAVORITE SUSHI SPOT...EVER!!! coming from a sushi fanatic, this is HUGE NEWS!!! I've been to SOOOOO MANY different sushi spots ALL AROUND THE EAST COAST, but never have I ever repeated visits or craved a particular roll (or several) from one place like I have at fusion bowl!! I've visited SOOOO many times that half the staff remembers me and my order when I sit down!!! :D they have THE BEST happy hour every day; between 3-5:30... you get half off sushi with any drink purchase during dine in only! not only that, but the service is NEVER disappointing!! they are so quick, accurate, and detail oriented! I've never sat down and had an empty drink cup for an extended period of time, nor an invitation to order more food!! now to get to the quality of their food, IT IS SOOOOO GOOD, that I mostly dine in SOLO just to take advantage of the deals and to get my fix!! their menu is so versatile it could satisfy anyone's palette; even if you're not a sushi lover!!! I've had their bento bowls too and they're an amazing deal and SOOOOOO DAMN GOOD as well!!!! lord, this review seems so spammy cuz of how enthusiastic I am, but I am DEAD SERIOUS!!! I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVEEEEEEEEE this place!!!! I live in Charlotte now and still there's STILL nothing that compares to fusion bowl!! if you've ever CONSIDERED eating here, contemplate NO LONGER! if this were the last sushi place left on earth, I'd die a VERRRRYYYYYY happy woman!!! :D thank you fusion bowl for caring so much about your customer and serving your food with love <3 with love always from your favorite purple haired customer, Haley Vizz <3

(Last visited 3/5/2023.) In Charlotte, NC for my best friend's wedding and after all of the festivities we met up with my wife's family for a dinner before we flew out! We chose Fusion Bowl because it had some good reviews and was in a good location! Here's how it went! Atmosphere/Appearance: This place is in a small strip mall in a small plaza, but what's most important is that there's plenty of parking! Lol. Inside was really beautiful. It had a huge, open floor plan with like, a modern, upscale Asian feel to it. The ceilings were high, there was plenty of natural light and plenty of space! Service: I can't remember who took care of us, but we didn't have any complaints that I can remember. Food: For my lunch I went with some sort of shrimp dish. I'm perusing the online menu and I can't seem to match my picture with anything. Lol. However, I had sauteed shrimp, with vegetables and fried rice. You know, I tried to keep it healthy, but my food was delicious. Nothing crazy, but you won't be upset. Value: SUPER affordable. You won't break the budget here at all. In conclusion... I probably won't REQUEST to pull up here, but I won't hesitate to revisit if someone else wants to meet up here.

This was our 3rd time here. Each time we have ordered different items and they have all been pretty good. The worst from any trip was the miso soup, which was a slimy little cup that tasted what I would think dish water would. Really horrible. The best was the steamed shrimp with mixed vegetables. The shrimp are always perfectly steamed. We always get sushi and it’s always nice. My daughter enjoys the bento box and picks something different each time. She hasn’t been crazy about the noodles as they had a “fishy taste”. Possibly oyster sauce, which would be a personal preference. The fried rice options are always great here as well. The staff are always polite. Service is always good. Atmosphere is nice. Place is clean and cozy. Parking can be a hassle here though. All in all it’s a 4 of 5 star as we will go if we are nearby and in the mood, but wouldn’t make a special trip. It’s kinda your neighborhood Asian staple restaurant.

5/5 Stars: A Flavorful Fusion of Flavors - Fusion Bowl Review

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Fusion Bowl in Mooresville, NC, and I'm excited to share my detailed review of this exceptional eatery.

Ambiance: 5/5

From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the modern and sleek decor of the Fusion Bowl. The vibrant colors and eclectic artwork created a lively and energetic atmosphere, perfect for a casual dinner or lunch with friends.

Service: 5/5

The service at the Fusion Bowl was top-notch! The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Our server took the time to explain the different options and made expert recommendations.

Food: 5/5

The Fusion Bowl's menu is a masterful blend of international flavors and cuisines, with a focus on healthy and sustainable ingredients. I opted for the Korean BBQ Bowl, which was a flavorful and satisfying fusion of marinated beef, kimchi, and steamed vegetables. The portion was generous, and the prices were very reasonable.

Unique Features: 5/5

The Fusion Bowl offers several unique features that set it apart from other restaurants in the area. The build-your-own bowl option allows customers to customize their meal with a variety of proteins, vegetables, and sauces. The restaurant also offers a rotating selection of seasonal specials and a convenient online ordering system.

Value: 5/5

Considering the exceptional quality and quantity of food, I felt that the Fusion Bowl offered outstanding value for the price. The prices were very competitive, and the generous portions ensured that I left feeling full and satisfied.

Overall Experience: 5/5

In conclusion, my dining experience at the Fusion Bowl in Mooresville, NC, was truly exceptional. With its modern ambiance, top-notch service, and creative fusion of flavors, this restaurant is a must-visit destination for foodies and anyone seeking a healthy and delicious meal.

Fusion Bowl is a Vietnamese American fusion restaurant in downtown Tampa. I say American fusion because it doesn't taste like completely authentic Vietnamese food, but more like Americanized Vietnamese. This in no way deters from the fresh tasting, delicious food that I keep going back for again and again.

On to the food! The first few visits I couldn't tear myself away to order anything besides the ahi tuna appetizer. A large helping of chopped ahi tuna is set in crunchy rice cups and topped with a drizzle of spicy mayo and eel sauce then topped with slices of fresh avocado. Even though this is an appetizer, it was filling enough to be my meal. The combined texture and flavor of the tuna and crunchy cup is addictive, hence why I didn't move on for a while. Since this time, I have since ordered the beef pho, edamame, chicken udon, and the spring rolls. All of these dishes have had great flavor, texture, and have been incredibly fresh. The portions of pho and udon are quite large and I have never been able to finish the entire bowl. The spring rolls are always a refreshing option when you want something filling and light.

If atmosphere is important to you, you will enjoy eating inside. The ambiance fits into a hip, downtown location for a fun experience. The lights are kept a little lowered, large glass wall to watch Downtowners pass by, beautiful decorations, definitely somewhere to relax and enjoy your meal. Customer service has consistently been top notch, from paying to receiving your food. Be warned - it gets busy at the traditional lunch times. If you don't have time to wait, order ahead or you will be waiting in a line to order and waiting for a while to receive your made to order food. Overall, always a...
