Their pizzas are the best tasting I have ever had, that we're not homemade. Great flavor crust, fully cooked ingredients, and proper amount of toppings.

Their buffalo wings are overpriced, and taste just like any others you buy. Not impressed by them. However, at $1 a piece, they are not worth the price. I have made homemade wings that tasted as good if not better, and only cost about $0.10 each at most.

Be careful getting their sandwiches. We got 2 of them. One was a ham and cheese. When it came, there was hardly any thing at all on it. If you laid all the lettuce side by side, it would barely cover half. And there was only 2 slices of very thin sliced ham on the whole thing.

We called and told them about it, and the manager got on the phone. He offered to send another. I accepted. It had the right amount of lettuce, but had the same amount of ham. Between the two sandwiches, I had enough lettuce and ham for one. So I had to put the two together to make a complete sandwich.

It all we ever tried was the pizza, they would have gotten 5 stars. But with the overpriced wings, and way overpriced sandwiches, I can't give more than 3. And that was pushing it.

Overall, great pizzas, and worth paying more for, if you have that kind of money. For sandwiches, you get a better deal getting them from Domino's Pizza. As far as wings go, a lot of other places have better deals on them. And a good bit of them deliver. Just Google search "buffalo wings for delivery" and put in which city or town...

We used to order from here about once a week. It used to be great. It is now terrible. I heard from one of their employees they were bought out. The app no longer works at all. Twice in a row now they didn’t have a delivery driver. The first time they called from a non store number but didn’t leave a message. I had to call them back after over an hour of not getting my food to figure out what was going on. This most recent time they called from the store phone so I answered. They said they were out of lettuce so we couldn’t get our salad. They took it off the order but also dropped the coupon we used. I caught this and called them back they said they were crediting this back and we would see it in 3-5 days. (I have no idea if that will actually happen)I expressed my frustration but thanked them. After more than an hour with no delivery I called again. They checked on it and when they came back they said “we’re so sorry but our delivery driver has gone home for the night.” What?

I won’t be ordering from here again. What’s the point? You have no idea if you’ll get your food or if they’ll even contact you if there is a problem. I don’t know how much of the problem lies with this store and how much is the corporate structure and the abysmal non-functional app but I suspect a bit of both. They’ve lost steady customers with us and it sucks because they had good pizza. But getting it...

My husband ordered pizza for our son’s birthday. We ordered 3 pizza’s 1of the 3 we’re NOT that fresh so I decided to take it back considering we spend a lot of money at this particular MARCO’S location. Once our guests were gone. Upon my arrival I was greeted with nothing but attitude from Erica the MANAGER. I explained the situation with her, she then looks at my receipt and says of course it wouldn’t be fresh after 3 hours. I live 20-25 minutes from the store and my plan was to return them after my guests left. Erica expressly saying with a scowl look in her eyes I’m NOT refunding the pizza nor remaking it! I said this situation needs to be rectified today. Erica snatches my pizza from the counter and puts it in the trash ( I HAVE VIDEO FOOTAGE TO PROVE IT ). I said to her your taking me out of Character, now get my pizza from the trash immediately, she’s complaining the whole time at this point I don’t wanna talk! I took my pizza and left only to call the next day to speak with the DM PAUL he states the investigation was complete and that we were gonna start fresh. WHATEVER THAT MEANS nothing was rectified so I will reach out to the owner.CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A MUST WHEN WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC!!!!! This particular Marcos customer service is Horrible.
