Masa and Nico are great people! Masa is really friendly and certainly knows how to cut and choose his fish! Shishito peppers were great with the garlic sauce. Freshwater eel perfectly cooked with the perfect amount of crisp on the edges. Miru roll is really refreshing! The sashimi combo is beautiful and the fish very fresh and tasty. Great experience from start to finish here. We had a first timer to sushi with us so we ordered a lot of different things for dinner. Our first timer enjoyed the shrimp tempura roll, dragon roll, and the seared albacore with crispy onions most. Of all the rolls everyone agreed on enjoying the dragon roll. My dining experience at Kazuya was truly exceptional. From the moment me and friend entered the staff and our waiter was welcoming and friendly. He took time to explain the menu and the happy hour menu which was an added bonus. We had their crispy rice spicy tuna for appetizer, Moorpark roll, Kazuya roll and yellopeno roll.
