From the moment you walk in not only do they make you feel at home but they truly take the time to listen. The owner Josie truly is expert at what she does. I have gotten multiple procedures done by Josie such as microneedling, chemical peels and botox. Not only has Josie always made me feel comfortable but she listens to what areas I wish to focus on and makes me look natural and has the most gentle hand. Josie has also been treating my rosacea & sensitive skin throughout the years and thanks to her and the products she has recommended I no longer have to be on any medication as my redness has completely left!

Recently, I have gotten a facial with their esthetician Sam who is absolutely amazing and takes her time with her clients. Went to the Moorpark location. Loved the modern, clean aesthetic and the immediate welcome offerings!! There's even a little menu to choose from. The music was calming and I was instantly relaxed, even though I was nervous for my first time wrinkle relaxer. Erin Thompson was incredibly knowledgable and had clear instructions for post procedure, as well as follow up. Her consultation was polite and she took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything fully while making sure I felt confident with what we were doing.
