Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Moraine

Okay so I could write a whole book on my horrible experience at this place but I will try my best not to. I took my kids to the store and thought hey let's go to DQ and have some good ice cream. Of course my kids were excited. We pull up in the drive thru line. First we wait 10 minutes almost before we get to order and remind you there was only 3 cars in front of us. So very slow. We get up to order and I ordered 2 small cones and a medium cone dipped in chocolate and a banana split. Each item I wanted she kept saying anything else, anything else. I kept telling her I couldn't hear her on the speaker and she then got very rude with me by saying I have 3 cones what else do you want. I said banana split and that's all. Even though I wanted more stuff I was then irritated so wanted to leave. I get to the window and she had no manners to her. She said my total and took the money a d shut the window on my face. Then she ha ha me my 3 cones first then hands me a blizzard and I say to her I had a banana split and she shook her head no telling me that's not what I ordered and I said I no what I ordered and I never said blizzard and you even repeated my order back to me and you never said blizzard eaither so where did you get blizzard from? She then got mad again and said well you need to give me 50 cents more then because it's a different price for banana split. I gave her the extra money even though it was her mistake and I should of gotten the banana split for the same price as the blizzard but owell I wanted to get out of there. I hand her the money and again she slammed the window on my face. I wait 5 minutes then she finally opens the windowto jand me my banana split and I get to the parking lot to have ice cream with my kids and open up my banana split and it has no nuts, no whipped cream, no pineapple and one little banana. It was like eating a milk shake out of a bowl. It was horrible. When she handed me my banana split she did t even say thank you or have a good day. Again she slmmed the window with no napkins or anything. So I will never even look at that place again. They need to hire woman that have manners and respect no matter what the situation is. The fact that she acted like that around kids was even worse. I really hope the manager to this place reads there reviews because to be honest I have never wrote a review on bad service but this service was beyond ride. It was right down unprofessional. The other thing was. The lady and the other woman there that works around the food and hands the food out the qindowi are dirty. They have no gloves on and there hair is hanging down and not put up in a hair met like your suppose to have when you serve any kind of food in America. I don't want anybody making my food or even touching it of it mite have hair in it or dirty nasty fingers . Horrible place. Get...

They are very unprofessional like very they don’t have no type of manners , they are very rude to you and they don’t even acknowledge you when pull up to the window . So it was my first time ever going there and the lady that took my order was mean and rude and had very poor service when I pull up to the window to give her my money she snatch the money from my hand and didn’t even say thank you when she gave me my food she was just rushing and throwing it in my hand then she slammed the window after she gave me my food ,so when I left I called to speak to a manager but the person that Answered the phone sounded like a staff not a manager she was rude she lied about being a manager then when I asked for her name so gone say why ,what do you want ? I told her that is very unprofessional to talk to a customer like that if you are a so called manager .I asked to speak to somebody else but she wouldn’t let me talk to nobody else she was going back and forth with me then she hung up I was scared to eat my food ! Because I thought they did something to my food because of how rude they was ,Something has to be done! LIKE IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB...

I want to start by saying dq as a whole is a great place to get a treat... however this location is beyond ridiculous. We drove there from a party we were at up by the mall and when we parked we walked up to the window to order where 4 other people were ordering. When It was my turn I was asked did I drive? Very confused I said yes if course I did. Then rudely I was told oh you need to use the drive through we are a drive through only location... I asked what about these people and again rudely was told oh they walked here. Now this location is in a shopping center not really close to any houses that I could see so I'm not really sure how this works. I guess I should have lied but I guess they don't like honest people. Now i did go through the drive through to get my daughter her special drink she wanted and she loved it but I will never return to this location. It is the absolute dumbest thing I have ever seen. I can understand if they had a dine in and it was closed. But they have a about 10 tables and benches so I dont understand do you want walk ups or not? Again...
