This Burger King has the worst customer service I have ever seen, they are super rude to white people all the time. I've lived here 31 years, this is the only burger king I've ever seen like this. My best friend worked for burger king in springboro for years and years and they all do things the same so there shouldn't be any reason why they are so rude but they are. Just the other day I went in at 9:50 pm. I had no idea the lobby closed at 10 🤷, I work until 4 a.m. at cousin vinnys, closing at 10 pm would be a luxury to me. They asked if I wanted to go or eat in and I said eat in. I handed them a 2 for 5.99 small whopper 2 small fries deal and they said okay. I waited at my table and they handed me a bag and so I said thank you and went to the front and asked for a tray to eat my food on and they gave me one. All the sudden as I was almost done eating my last sandwich, this random employee walks up to me with a broom and says hey man you gotta go. It's past 10 pm and it's a security risk for us, you gotta go man see ya. I said hey man I'll be done in two seconds chill. He got in my face and said I don't care man you gotta go I don't care if your done eating or not, lobby closes at 10. I said well why did you guys say I could eat in and take my money and hand me food and a tray? He turned back around and got in my face again and said I don't care what they told you I'm telling you that you need to leave bruh. I said how about you don't get in my face again, how about that? He turned back around and at that time the nice female manager walked up and said sorry for the inconvenience but we do need to close the lobby. I said ma'am I didn't know the lobby closes at 10, I never eat in here and you handed me my food and took my money and you know I said eat in after you asked me and I even asked for a tray and you handed me a tray and now im legit 2 minutes away from being done, I will clean my own table and then leave like I was planning. The guy said bro you gotta go get outta here and I said listen I will call corporate and complain for months if I have to y'all aren't gonna treat me like garbage like this, especially with this dudes attitude which is ridiculous he's not even a manager. She said okay sir it's okay you can finish your food and I said thank you! I will!. I finished and two minutes later a cleaned my table spotless and left. They need to grow up at this place they are super ghetto and super racists, everytime. I've had issues here for over 20 years, everyone hates this burger king. We all make fun of them in the local West Carrollton/Moraine area. They are the laughing stocks of the town honestly it's nothing new. I update this post every 5 years and yes their Oreo milkshakes still suck and they never do them right on purpose and if you ask for another one so it can be made right they will deny you and tell you it's fine but it's not fine. Got the Italian Chicken King, fiancés was good, mine was full of cartridge. It happens, it’s chicken that gets breaded by a machine lol. I called, they were very nice, said sorry, come on in and we will get it taken care of, awesome. Got back to the store took the sandwich in and showed them, I gave my animals the bread and kept the chicken minus two bites to show them. When I walked in I was immediately met with hostility, very rude “well where’s the sandwich, can’t do anything without it”. I forgot it in the car and went to get it. Came back to the manager showed her what was left and she kept saying where’s the rest of the sandwich, I told her gave the bread to the animals and brought the chicken back, when I bit into the sandwich it was crunchy due to the cartridge, of course didn’t want the same thing as before so I asked for a burger and offered to pay the difference because I’m not there for a free sandwich, I’m there to show you the problem. Read moreI’m writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience at your establishment. I visited during my break and placed an order for two double bacon croissants, totaling $6. After waiting approximately 15 minutes, I received the incorrect order.
I contacted the restaurant to request a refund and offered to bring my receipt as proof of purchase. I was informed that your policy does not allow refunds, and instead, my name could be written down for a remake the following day. Unfortunately, I do not live in the area and am unable to return, which makes this solution unfeasible.
While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was respectful and patient throughout the interaction. However, I feel it is unfair to be left without a resolution—especially when the error was not on my part. I paid for an order I did not receive and was ultimately left with food I couldn’t eat.
I kindly urge you to reconsider your approach to customer service in situations like this. Ensuring that guests feel heard and valued even when mistakes occur goes a long way in building loyalty and trust.
