Me and multiple coworkers did order from here frequently since they deliver. At first I had no issues the first couple times I ordered. I would need to make my order at least $10 so I added a can of soda to get over the amount. Normally I wouldn't pay almost a $1 for a can of soda, just was trying to be over the amount to qualify for delivery. I also paid $1 extra for fried rice with my meal. When the food was finally delivered almost an hour later (which not that big a deal) I signed for my order and put it away until I could take break at work. When I did take my break shortly after, I went to eat and noticed no soda. Ok was gonna just let it slide then I start to eat. Not the rice I paid for, just steamed rice. So I call and ask for a refund. Not even a full refund just for the soda and the rice. He tells me no he will note it for next time I order. I was irritated but figured ok I'll get it next time I order in for work. A couple weeks later, about 4 of us wanted to order lunch so I call the order in this time so I can redeem those items. I try to tell him I have multiple orders, he rudely tells me we all individually have to pay delivery. Ok so I proceed to order and tell him i would like my can of soda and my rice. He tells me I can only get one or the other. I told him no because obviously I paid for both and didn't get either and he argues with me telling me one or the other basically accusing me of lying about the drink and so on telling me one or the other. Then proceeds to ask me why I'm being so cheap. Which I then let him know that it's customer service, and he should provide the items I paid for to begin with and that I never would have purchased the can of pop for $1 to begin with. So he wouldn't honor what I paid for and none of us ordered. But he was horrible and rude and clearly doesn't understand anything about customer service at all and doesn't care. None of us from work will order from here anymore and we found a better place to order from. It's all just the principle of the matter really. They do bad business and clearly do not care about their customers at all, just every single dime...
Read moreI am not one to wright a revue but I have ordered lunch from this restaurant every Wednesday for the last 4 weeks. I always order the same thing Lunch Special Szechuan Chicken with fried rice. I also request that the vegetables not be over cooked, a little crunchy. No one in the restaurant can speak enough English to understand anything you try to tell them!! Every Chinese Restaurant that I have eaten at, you get the lunch Special along with soup or egg roll, you will not get any of that here. If you would like soup or egg roll you will need to pay extra. On the second week I ordered just a small Hot & Sour Soup. When they handed it to me I asked if I could have some crackers with the soup and she said that would be another $1.00 per pack! So please remember if you get soup, you must pay extra for the crackers!! My last visit was today, I ordered the same Szechuan Chicken with fried rich and as if they could add shrimp. She said it would be $1.00 per large shrimp or 2 small for $1.00. So I said 2 small would be fine and please don’t over cook the vegetables? Well The vegetables were very over done and the shrimp was so small it was smaller that bate for fishing. I feel that I have given this restaurant a fair chance and at this point I will not be back! Read moreHonestly a one-star rating is far too good for this terrible restaurant. Not only is their menu incorrect, I was treated extremely poorly by the so-called "owner" of the restaurant who spoke broken English to me and came off extremely racist towards Americans. He told me that he would not correct the issue and that I would need to drive there to get my money back after an incorrect delivery. Not to mention the night before I was hung up on when trying to place an order so I was already dumbfounded. Trying to keep the peace my husband and I told him we just wanted our money back and he would not give it to us. Instead he tried to tell us that we paid less when we actually paid almost $4 more and had the receipt to prove it. He then stated that we would have to wait until the driver got back if we wanted any sort of money. We patiently waited while he was repeatedly rude and making racial comments towards us the whole time we were standing there waiting. My husband was there at the counter and the owner told him to move aside so that he could serve his customers. As a business owner myself, I am shocked and sickened by the fact someone would treat us so rudely. The restaurant is also extremely dirty. The shelves look like they hadn't been touched in years that food was sitting on. This restaurant needs to be shut down...
