Overall thought, go to the food truck in front of the BMV on 741 instead.

Overall, really unimpressed all around. We came in on a Saturday for lunch and we were the only people in the restaurant.

We got completely different platters all around, but none of them were spectacular. Specifically, my burrito was dry and bland. I don't know if we overcooked the chicken but the flavor was severely lacking.

Service was really not what it could have been. The girls were friendly and the slight language barrier doesn't bother me at all. We just missed the mark.

Not all drink options were put out, so we weren't sure what was available. Then, I ordered a coke in a bottle and honestly a polite gesture of opening it for the customer when it is served goes a long way. No one came in while we were there and no one was there when we left, but there were trays with old food on each of the trash cans. When you're slow, clean.

I love supporting local businesses so I would give it another shot, but I would rather go to...

The restaurant is clean and the staff was friendly but they have a ways to go before becoming a restaurant. The food truck business model doesn’t work in brick and mortar. If you serve your tables one person at a time people will not want to eat in groups of any more than two because it’s awkward to sit waiting for everyone to have their meal. I understand they’ve just opened but you can’t give your customers sporks and flimsy plastic wear to eat with. Also, don’t order off the electronic display, they’ve marked off a few dishes on the laminated menu. First time customer although I've picked up door dash orders before. We ordered the chicken burrito and the chicken quesadilla. Food was hot and fresh which is a plus. It wasn't crowded at the time so the wait time was short. Food menu is limited but that is okay. The only thing I wish they had was some type of sweet sauce to add to the burrito & quesadilla.....they have sour cream, green sauce (verde perhaps?) and a reddish orange very spicy sauce.
