Burger King — Restaurant in Moran Township

We moved here a few months ago and love Burger King. We were eating there several times per week. Then, orders started getting messed up. We took the first couple back and asked for correct orders, which we were given. Then we just started telling them about the constant errors. We quit going for a couple of months hoping it would get better. We ordered fish sandwiches, one light tartar, one heavy tartar. Good enough. Went back a day later, same order. The light tartar was nonexistent basically, but ok. The heavy tartar was ridiculous. I pulled it out of the bag and the wrapper was covered, opened the wrapper and the tartar was all over the outside of the bun, I pulled the top bun off and there was a handful of tartar that I had to scoop off. Took 3 paper towels. Went back there next day and ordered burgers and let them know about the mess with the tartar sauce and was told not to come back because we complain too much, right after having a bag of food thrown at us. I called the manager 2 weeks ago, still don't have a call back. So ridiculous. Waste of...

Our first time through on the way to our camp, the fish sandwich was horrible. The bun was hard and the fish lukewarm at best. Second time through on our way back home, the ordering process was great. Read back the order correctly. Got to the window and I was handed a medium ice tea. I ordered a large. The window staff was rude when I addressed this. They handed me a large and we went on our merry way. However, 1/2 way through the bridge I took a drink and they gave me a large coke. Really! I believe it was on purpose. How does one go from a medium ice tea to a large coke? Service at this facility is hit and miss. Check yourself order before you...

Good alternative when you're hungry and do not want to eat too much and save your appetite for later. I would take it over McD's any day. This BK in particular has hot food and nice staff. It was originally a Hardee's back in the 90's but still very good even during covid-19. The ham, sausage, and bacon croissantwich was very tasty and they accept "happy gift cards" the ones where you can use for multiple places such as Home Depot, Autozone etc. Some other eateries were closed in the area, so good thing this BK...
