I m a regular subway customer & well wisher. Me & my friends visited the Subway store#23005 located at 134 US-2, St Ignace, MI 49781 on last Monday night. We got into the store before 15 mins at there closing time. We ordered 2 tuna foot long sub & a personal Piza. When the employee named SERA a white girl recognized later she is the store manager was taking our order, her first say was 'it's our closing time so you can't seat here, you have to take away'.But it's still 15 mins was remaining to close. We replied it's ok but we must need food because we are so hungry. Then when we got our foods still we had 5 mins so we did request her that can we seat here because you have few mins to close & we will finish in 5 mins. She replied ok go ahead don't take more time. We appreciated her & started to take our foods & I noticed there was no more customers in the store. After 2 or 3 mis when 1 or 2 customers got in to the store, she came towards us & said you can't seat here any more, You should leave the store & we have to close the door. We did request her again to let us to finish. She left & she came back again & the same way she was talking. Then we had to throw our foods & left the store at around 10:03 pm. It was my worst experience ever in subway & the employee behavior is like a racist. After leaving the store we were in our car & we noticed lots of customers inside the store until 10:15 pm. I have picture with evidence. Why they were so rush with us even though they were opened after 10:15pm. I m sure this employee's behavior can ruins...
Read moreI order online to get the deals and come in to watch them build the sub because usually Subway employees don’t read the instructions you provide. This place caused me to have an anxiety attack and my heart rate to spike (due to heart problems I already have). All I asked for has 1/2 tomatoes and lite mayo and the girl loaded my sub with mushy gross looking tomatoes even though I asked for fresher looking tomatoes. Then she doused the subs with mayo and they look absolutely inedible to me now. She took forever to wrap them even though I was begging her to hurry so I could leave because I was having an anxiety attack and was getting light headed. I had to rush to the door for air and no one seemed to care. In fact the older person who seemed to be in charge mockingly told me to have a good day as I left. This place is why I have social anxiety. Places like this disgust me. You are asked so little and when you can’t preform you make it the customers issue. I will never return. Hopefully my dog likes these disgusting sandwiches you...
Read moreWorst subway I've ever been to. The girl that served me was the most unenthusiastic downer I've ever seen. There was no eye-contact being made and her voice resembled that of a mopey teenager. The man that served the customer in front of me not only appeared to not be wearing gloves, but also dropped a tomatoe on the counter (the counter clearly had food scraps on it) and then picked it up and put it on the guys sub. That same man rang the customer up on the cash register and then proceeded to handle mine and two other peoples' sandwiches without wearing gloves. After receiving my food and getting in the car I noticed that there were no napkins present in the bag along with my food. My overall experience at this subway is rated at one star not only because of the lack of cleanliness sandwiches were being handled with, but also the lack of hospitality that I was being treated with. For a restaurant so close to the bridge I would expect a welcoming atmosphere but unfortunately I was...
