Marker 3 — Restaurant in Morehead City

I just want to say thank you to Marker 3 for hosting us tonight for a wonderful night before our men and women's conference championship dinner. They hosted 50 happy cross country runners and coaches to an awesome pasta dinner, salad, and delicious bread. I personally loved the ranch dressing and salad. The restauraunt served us at no cost and what a wonderful way to give back to our community. We appreciated it and made sure the wonderful wait staff was tipped for helping our last dinner together as a full team go so smoothly. We hope to make them proud and thank you so much to the owner of this wonderful business in our community and Chef Bell. The first time I went here I waited over 30 minutes for a shrimp burger. It was delicious! The shrimp was huge and was cooked perfectly. The second time I ate there I got the shrimp dinner. The shrimp was very small and was poorly cooked.The cocktail sauce was frozen. My husband was charged for a beer he was told was on the house and I was charged full price for a glass of wine that had been advertised as being $5. As a frequent diner at Marker 3, I just want to say this place serves some of the best ingredients I’ve ever tasted in my life. You can truly tell there’s quality and love poured into every dish that comes out of the kitchen. Sure, like any new restaurant, there might be a few small mistakes here and there but that’s part of what makes Marker 3 so unique, fresh, and real and they build on this.
