Mr Gatti's Pizza — Restaurant in Morehead

I've went here Many times over the last 8 years and tonight my children and I had the worst service we've ever had at any restaurant, my 6 year old who has multiple disorders was treated absolutely horrible as was myself, he had climbed on the divider as we were getting ready to leave I scolded him and told him to quit then the suppose to be manager scolds my child in front of others customers which then left him upset and embarrassed he than sat a the bar where he held his head down and was fidgeting with a Parmesan shaker barely sprinkles it on the bar then the "manager" embarrasses him yet again and my self and other children by yelling and asking if he was with us and to get him away from there while I was trying to get my twin toddlers out of high chairs and was saying he was DUMPING parmesan EVERYWHERE which he was not it was barely even sprinkled on the counter! He was very rude and disrespectful when I addressed him and told him that was very rude and uncalled for and told him he was approaching myself and my child in a very unprofessional manner and that he did not have to speak to us that way he then told me to leave and when I asked to speak to the manager he told me he was the manager and refused to give me his bosses information not to mention him and his Co worker talking about us behind the counter where my oldest daughter heard and was upset and embarrassed! I'm absolutely disgusted with this man I took my kids out to enjoy their day now their all upset I've worked in fast food settings and restaurants I've also worked with the health department and I could go on and on with a list of things that they done wrong and lines that were crossed but I'm gonna stop here and I will be continuing to get in contact with all appropriate parties until this situation is addressed accordingly and handled in the proper manner. I ordered pizza a week in advance for a graduation party. The woman on the phone was very confused by the fact I wanted to order in advance and I had to repeat my order around 5-6 times. Then, I realized she never asked for my name or phone number. I called back the day before my event to give them a name for the order and to make sure it was correct. The employee read me the correct order (including 3 pizzas) and the correct time (1pm). The day of the event, I get a call at 11am asking if I planned on coming later or if I didn’t want the order. I informed them the order was for 1pm, but they had 11am written down even though I called and asked for confirmation the day prior. Then I went to pick up the food and asked if they had a student discount. The employee was extremely rude with me and told me he already gave me a discount (he couldn’t even tell me what was discounted, just that he saved me money even tho I paid $30 and some change for a deal that was $29.) I then got it out to the car and realized I was short a pizza. I went in to get it and the same rude employee told me that he would have to charge me because he hadn’t done so, and I’d have to wait. I told him I didn’t want it as it was already time for the graduation party. I usually love this place, but I will NEVER recommend someone getting food from Gatti’s for a party unless they want to deal with confused and...

Not only do my sons and myself go here regularly and never do we ever have any complaints. We had my oldest’s birthday here just recently and had a big crowd with us and the party room was accommodating as well as extremely clean and ready to have a great time. We always do a buffet party and the food was amazing and the buffet bar was fully stocked and they stayed on top of it to be sure everyone had the opportunity to get anything and everything they needed! The staff was incredible, very nice and super professional, I knew some of the staff working that evening, including Jay, Parker, Cheyenne and Whitney and they all done amazing! Definitely went above and beyond what was required to assure the guests and my family had a wonderful evening! Most certainly will always return to eat here as they do great work!!
