Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

After we ordered at the drive thru which the order came up to 24.34 I handed the manager 40.35 and shortly after that. one of the female employees handed me the drinks then the food and we were about to drive off and if i didn't remember I would have forgotten $16.00 and possibly thought I misplaced them or not really remembered how or where or at what moment I could have lost this money I'm leaving a review because I thought about it and honestly believe that this manager could be pocketing customers money not only for the simple fact that he forgot to give me the change but because he has horrible customer service I went back in because they forgot also to give us 2 sandwiches and I had to turn all the way around and honestly maybe I'm wrong for the way I got at the man but I really was upset at the way he wasted more of my time having to go back get out of the car and have to ask for what I paid for because they didn't make sure everything was there and because of that he gave me my money back just for the sandwiches he didn't give me back all of my money and told me never to come back to that carls jr. That tells me a lot about the type of person he is and honestly is the reason why I believe he wouldn't care for any customer that comes to that resturant and wouldn't be surprised if he steals from people...

Went for lunch today around 2:17pm on 12/11/24. Went in, and the young lady cashier helped me out. Was very polite, kind, and patient. However, I asked for a Double Famous Star with Cheese without onion, extra pickles, and substitute pepperjack for american cheese. I was charged extra for the pepperjack cheese when the sandwich already comes with cheese and I just wanted to sub pepperjack for american, no problem it’s 70 cents extra. However, when I took a bite out of my sandwich when I got home, it had onions, no extra pickles, and was made into a SINGLE famous star with cheese instead of the double I paid for. On top of that I also ordered a spicy chicken and small fry on the side for my brother, and the spicy chicken was good. However once more, the small fries I got were COLD, STALE, and very hard to eat. I usually come here on occasion as I live near, and I usually get my order done right and hot, but today was not the best. Cold fries, incorrect burger, on top of incorrect burger it was also made wrong, and I was charged extra for something that comes with the burger. Not satisfied this time around with this location. Okay, just went there I had the new Memphis Six Dollar Burger. I ordered a small and it came out to be $9.26 for just a small? I didn't even touch the food yet so I decided to go and check out the other Carl's Jr over at Moreno Beach Blvd and asked them how much they charged for a small and she said $6.29. So I went back to the one off of Perris Blvd and ask the guy why they charge so much, he gave me an attitude and was rude the whole time! He basically just told me, "that is the price here!" Please do not go to the one on Perris because it is a franchise that is run by ghetto ill-mannered people that don't care about customer satisfaction. The guy didn't want to give me a refund at all!
