Better-Be Donuts — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

Came here today July 17 & the lady charged me for 5 donuts being filled donuts (extra 50 cents each ) even after she entered 4 of them she added an extra one. Now hear me out. If they need to charge extra they should just include it in the price. Don’t steal from customers for things they didn’t even get. If I had got anything els I’m sure she would have up the price. U see people who look like they have some extra spare change to spend n u do bad business ? No thanks I won’t be back. Ever lol the donuts were heavy and break easily. I just got them to sing happy birthday to somebody we didn’t even eat them. Again. I do have a few extra dollars and constantly support small businesses but I just felt like that was rude n disrespectful of course I didn’t say anything if she needed the money that bad she was willing to lose a returning customer on her. But just beware what they charge and what they charge you. I’ve been to plenty donut shops n love them in their own ways. (Only the powder strawberry & custard filled were filled ) the dozen cost 14 something plus tax anyway. The breakfast sandwiches look like they are frozen meat n egg but they leave them out in room temp ?...

It usually is a really great donut place and any other sunday I have gone there, I would of rated it 5 stars. But today my husband went to get some donuts for the family, we always get them on Sundays. But today the sprinkle donuts were so so stale. They honestly tasted like it was more than a few days old. We have bought fresh donuts and they didn't taste like that the next day! I am so disappointed, and so was my family. Especially since my husband told the young Mexican looking lady there " give me a dozen of your finest donuts" and she gave him the stalest and oldest donuts. I will definitely not be going back to this better be donuts, I'm going to go back and stuck with the Better be donuts on Alessandro, since they have always given me the best and freshest some . Today I feel like we just wasted $12 on a dozen donuts...

Had came to this donut shop before about three times, it was good until my forth time, one morning in August 2025, went for half a dozen, I was excited to get some donuts when 2 flies were all over the donuts expiecially the sausage egg and cheese croissants. The lady was about to take my order and im looking at the flies and she looked like she was just ignoring until I was like eww I see some flies in there and she was trying to get them out but yet it looked like she knew for awhile and just cause I said something she acted like omg I have to get them out. But yeah they were all over in and out of those croissants! Eww I felt bad for who ever was going to buy that or donuts cause man that...
