Worst service ever. This chunky Mexican girl was being RUDE to my elderly mother yesterday around 2 p.m. she gave my mother an attitude and rushed her out of the drive thru. We were missing a combo with fries and we were charged double for fried zucchini. When my mom tried mentioning to the worker that the items were missing, the worker was being absolutely rude and was bothered that we asked for the rest of items. She rushed us out. It was absolutely disgusting that employees could treat older folks that way and to top it off that was stealing from my mom. Refusing to give the customer the meal that they already paid for, is STEALING. I will be sure to let everybody I know how horrible these employees are to their customers. Pure blatant ageism. I cannot understand what it is about us order through drive thru that passed her off. I understand that they were busy but to take your anger/stress out on the elderly that's a whole other level of disgusting and disrespect....

Went in ordered six basic items like grilled cheese, a plain burger, Carne asada burrito etc. I understand, the place was busy. 40 minutes later & I asked about my order. Lady got an attitude for me just asking, said "we're very busy." Waited another 10 minutes & decided to cancel order. At the same time two other customers were canceling their orders. Same lady had an attitude about customers wanting to cancel, said "it is, what it is, we're busy," and told the girl behind the register to just give people their refunds in cash money (even though most of us paid with card) to just get everyone canceling orders out of restaurant. She didn't want customers who were walking in hearing people cancel their orders due to how long had been waiting. I use to love this place, but now I will not be...
