I work as a Paramedic on an ambulance and while at work we pulled up at 0002. The inside closed at 0000, so they had only been closed on the inside for 2 minutes. With a 24 hour drive through. An employee came over saying they were closed, so I asked if we could just come inside because our ambulance can not fit through any drive thrus. He said he would ask his manager and came back saying that my partner and I could not come inside. I've been working in EMS for 15 years and this is the first time I've not been allowed inside to order from the drive thru while on duty. We work nights and have very little time to get food and it's absolutely ridiculous they could not open the door for us. It had only been closed 2 minutes. They hadn't cleaned anything inside yet, they weren't even working on the dining area yet. I could understand if they had cleaned already or were actively cleaning but they were just sitting around. This is terrible customer service and absolutely appalling they would treat there community EMS personnel in this manner. This is the end of my rant. Have a good night everyone and be safe. Read moreIn my 15 yrs going there, never had a bad experience. Yes, sometimes orders were forgotten or just wrong, but it was immediately fixed, and an apology issued. Last month(I believe) we went and got our usual 2 sourdough chicken sandwiches and large fries for me and whatever large burger combo for hubby. Well, checked the order enough to see we had the proper amount of burgers in bag, but sadly, not the right ones. We called and asked to return, were told yes and on we went. Lady at drive-thru remembered us because hubby gave her $70 on an order of only $38 and change(bills stuck together) and had a chuckle over it. Well, she hadn't given us a receipt, but was ok with it. Then the issue came. We got charged an extra $8 on the fix, saying she didn't charge us correctly, we kinda pushed the matter, but not really. When we get home and I told hubby, that it didn't seem right and to go online and check prices. We HAD been charged correctly the 1st time and HAD been overcharged the 2nd time. This is the 4th time going through the drive through, "every time" the girl short changes me $2. Then I ask for a reciept, she gives it to me and also hands me the $2 with it and says I think I owe you $2. She must be bringing home quite a bit with all those $2 tips from the people who don't count their change. I'm not saying any names, but every time it's been the same girl around 2am-2:30am on Tuesday mornings. Should be a good enough clue. Once may be a coincidence, but all 4 times I've come to this location around this time, same employee. It's definitely intentional
