Was really craving some tamales this morning So I found this place and decided to give them a shot. I called ahead to make sure they had some and sure enough they did ! I ordered 6 de Puerco and 6 de pollo and they were bomb af. It's important to note that this place is cash only so keep that in mind when you stop in. The tamales themselves were full of flavor and moist. I'm pretty hesitant when it comes to buying tamales from restaurants because at times they can be dry and lack in flavor but was not the case for D.F. It was super easy to call ahead and place an order though probably not necessary. Due to Covid they don't have any seating but it was totally fine. After seeing a video on Instagram of the tacos de birria y consome, I HAD to try this place. I decided to take my parents on a Sunday and my mom and I ordered the tacos de birria y consome and my dad ordered the milanesa torta. The tacos and consome were absolutely delicious! (For those that may not know, you dip the tacos into the consome.) I haven't had tacos as good as that since the last time I went to TJ and my mom agreed with me.
