Del Taco — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

Stopped at this Del Taco 2 days ago to Dine-In for some food since we had been driving for 6 hours and it was the worst Del Taco I have been to yet. The cashier that was taking my order said they didn't have an item that I was asking for and she went to confirm with another person that works there, and the other worker had to put it in the computer for her since she did not know that they served this at Del Taco. After that she looked very agitated to finish my order and was hurrying me to finish my order. When we sat down and ate, my son was still hungry, so I did get up to go order 1 small fry and an additional drink. As I was waiting, there was nobody else but me and my family in the restaurant all the workers were walking past me and ignoring me. I waited 5 minutes in the front counter as nobody acknowledge me until the manager finally asked in an agitated manner, if I need anything I proceed to tell her I wanted to order a small fry and a small Sprite Boba Drink. After this happened, my order was finished within minutes and the manager called my number quickly when I walked over to the front counter, I grabbed my items, and she did not give me straw when I asked for one, she gave me one said thank you and she rolled her eyes at me. Me and my family felt very uncomfortable the whole time there. Everyone seems like they do not want to be working especially the manager at this location. This is the absolute SLOWEST "fast food" place I have ever had the displeasure of waiting on. on the first night I went there I waited in the drive-through for over 40 minutes. The second night I went there I went in the drive-through for over 30 minutes. I have no idea what they’re doing inside of there but they’re not working. It is a shame how slow this place is. I will never go back.

UPDATE: Sometimes after 10 hours at work this del taco is my only option for late night dinner and I have to say, I have NEVER had a good experience at this del taco. I have been disappointed and or furious every time I leave. This place needs to close and open a taco bell.. TERRIBLE STAF at any hour of the day or night.. RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL and don't wanna be bothered. Who is running this place? I'm at a loss for words on how terrible this del taco is.

Del taco located off the 60 freeway on Moreno Beach drive. I walked into Del taco to place my order, and the person who took my order was Mr. Sergio, he has such an up beat personality and had a wonderful smile that made me feel good. I normally order my food and go, but l decided to sit and eat my food there. The tables and floor were clean and there was plenty of condiments. My food was ready in no time so I sat down to eat and enjoyed the atmosphere which was quite nice inside. I ordered the large del taco and a medium drink with a charro on the side, it was delicious. Mr. Sergio thank you for making my day Pleasant with a wonderful smile and a great personality you are definitely a plus for the restaurant.
