My battery died at close by Target. I had to call AAA to start it. I drove directly from Target to this AutoZone, which is fairly large. I had to leave my car running while I went to the door to ask if they installed batteries. My question was a YES or NO answer. I didn't say it had to be done immediately. They told me they had "too many" customers and couldn't do it! I was advised to go to one of 2 other AutoZones. Before I chose one, I called the one on Sunnymead and Graham, and told them what this AutoZone said. The gentleman said, "They shouldn't have told me that." He then proceeded to tell me they would put one aside for me, after asking data about my car. After arriving at the other one, I was helped with in minutes. They are a smaller store and had almost as many customers as this one had, with only 3 gentleman working. I was asked if they could help me as soon as I walked through the door. I explained what happened, and within a few minutes one of them got my battery and installed. In about 30 minutes, I had a new battery and completed my transaction. If you don't need assistance, this store MIGHT be right. However, if you need assistance with anything, even finding it, I suggest going to the one on...

Hate this place. Portions are small plus I have peanut allergies and didn't realize what I ordered had peanuts. Told the server, I apologize, I can't have that b/c of the peanuts. She dumped the food out of the Styrofoam container back into the serving bowl, and didn't get me a fresh container. if someone has a food allergy you can't use the same container.
