Panda Express — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

Today was not a good day to visit. I ordered a chicken mushroom bowl w/white rice. I got chicken mushroom bowl w/fried rice. I'm not kean on their fried rice because it is usually dry. Today was no exception. However, that being said; the kids that work there are usually very nice. I paid with a $20 bill. I got the paper money back. But, when I tried to get the coin money, the girl that helped me apparently didn't hear me, or wasn't paying attention to me when I told her to wait just a minute. I showed her my right hand, which is in a cast, and before I could get my left hand up to accept the change, she closed the window and put the change in what appeared to be a tip location as she turned her back to talk to her peers. If it had been all of my change, I would have waited and maybe even have honked my horn. I was tired and didn't want to cause a scene, plus there were 2 other cars waiting behind me. If I had known my ordered wasn't correct at the time, I would have sat there for both my change and had my order corrected. I have been to this particular Panda Express over 10x within the last 6 months and order the same meal each time. This was the first time I was NOT satisfied with my order nor the competience of the staff. YOU KNOW I WILL CHECK MY ORDER in...

Ok food, for On-The-Go..

Being our first time to eat at a Panda Express, I thought I would write a small review. By no means was it a bad experience, but it was an experience.

If you're looking for plentiful food, and friendly customer service, and a bright cheery atmosphere; this is the place for you. The associates were friendly, they were more than happy to get freshly prepared food for my order, and the other patrons eating there were friendly and talkative.

If you're looking for bland food, and lots and lots of onions, this is the place for you. Albeit there was some seasoning, there was not much to be had. I believe they use the excessive amount of onions for flavoring. Take your Mylanta you will definitely have heartburn. Be sure to check your order before leaving, we ordered 4 egg rolls which we were not charged for, but nor were they put in the to-go container either. I ordered two different entrees, but received one laaaaarge order of a single entree..

Again, the food was okay, the associates were friendly. It's a good filler food for an on-the-go person. If you're looking for something with more to it, such as flavoring and accuracy, you would be best enjoying it...

Horrible experience. Was over charged. Asked for my receipts at the drive-thru and was told by the cashier Lizbeth that it was in the bag and it wasn’t. Went back inside for my receipt and it was given to me all wrinkled, like it was crumbled up and probably taken out of the trash can. I then found out why it wasn’t given to me, she had over charged me. So I go back inside for the second time and ask to speak to the manager. Waited for the manager since he was in the restroom. As I waited an employee had no shame and was eating his food in the kitchen area, walking back and forth through the kitchen (where the cooking was happening). The manager, Ruben came out and I explained the situation. Not to apologetic as I expected him to be. I then went on telling him about his employee eating in the kitchen area. What bothered me the most was that the cashier tried to hide the fact that she over charged me by lying to me that my receipt was in the bag. And the whole time I was waiting and complaining at the counter she kept looking at me and didn’t bother to apologize for her mistake and yet they want $22/hr wage. Never going...
