Really poor service. Young Caucasian or Hispanic lady working Sunday, Feb 6 @ 4:36 PM handled register (cash) and then touched all the ingredients to make smoothie. Also noticed she gave online order to driver who came by to pick it up with the red secured sticker attaching the receipt instead of sealing the bag. When I inquired why didn't she secure the bag properly with the sticker she replied with "that's how she was trained" and then when I asked a second time, that's how how you were trained, she then responded with "I really don't care, I had a bad day." My daughter was visiting the ATT Store next door. So my mother in law and I walked in and stood at the counter for a few minutes. We were not greeted, did not receive a one moment please, nothing! The owner(s) of this franchise are good people and are always focused on providing their patrons with fast and friendly service. The only reason I can think of as to why some people might say the customer service *is or *was bad is likely do to the hiring of some kids straight out of High School looking for their first job which can be a detriment sometimes because such "kids" aren't always MATURE enough to realize that quality service is a vital skill in...
