Imagine, if you will, that you are a commercial property manager trying to throw a customer appreciation event for your customer at their property, but the only place near them that's open for one of the late shifts is Pizza Hut. You begrudgingly order over $100 worth of "pizza", as Pizza Hut would have you call it, along with chicken wings, bread sticks, garlic knots, drinks, and cinnamon rolls, enough to serve 25 people. Then, being the top notch staff that they are, they deliver only two pizzas and a box of knots. Do you think your customers feel appreciated, or morally demolished by the lack of food that you'd promised, having skipped bringing their own? Then imagine that when you called Pizza Hut to inform them of their inconceivable failure, they simply said they'd call you back to process a refund and failed to ever do so. Imagine also that you still had to have a customer appreciation event for that customer, so you begrudgingly called Pizza Hut to duplicate the order the following night. Read moreI witnessed Kelsey treating her employees in a disrespectful and discriminatory manner. She made racist remarks and singled out certain employees, creating a hostile and uncomfortable work environment for them. No employee should ever have to endure such treatment in their workplace.
It was extremely upsetting to see someone in a leadership position act this way. Pizza Hut should be a place where all employees feel safe, valued, and respected regardless of their race or background.
I strongly urge upper management to investigate this issue immediately and take appropriate action to ensure a safe and inclusive workplace for all staff. . Behavior is disgusting I will never go back until she’s gone and as a black costumer I feel extremely uncomfortable and scared she had a sarcastic way and bad attiude while I was just ordering...
Read moreI came in to pick up my pizza on July 3rd and when I had walked in there was a white lady ahead of me picking up her pizza. The person helping her was named Kelsey I believe from her name tag. Kelsey helped the lady in front of me with a huge smile and was very friendly and even gave her 2 free ranches. When I , a black male, walked to the counter her smile completely dropped and she was extremely rude. Not only did she charge me EXTRA for ranch she gave me a disgusting attitude. I feel as if her attitude towards me was racially motivated and I feel as if your employee Kelsey is racist. I also noticed while waiting for my pizza she was being really rude to her black coworker but super nice with the other white man who was working. Kelsey is definitely racist and I no longer will ever feel comfortable eating at this racist...
