Am literally on hold at the 30 minute mark right now trying to place an order for delivery because their online systems are down. Last time this happened they answered after 15 minutes, but only go let us know they couldn't take orders for delivery, and had already closed carryout, I have no idea why they were still open at all. Tonight, no answer yet. I've been a customer of this location for years and generally like dominoes over other brands but I'm apparently going to have to change that, quality has gone down recently on top of the seeming chronic issues with their online systems. If I can get through and manage to order at all theres probably about a 50/50 chance the food will even be edible. I've had bread bowl pastas come either with so little sauce the pasta was dry or with so much that the bread bowl still had raw dough on the bottom that made me gag when I got a bite of it with sauce spilling out of the bowl everywhere and it was almost impossible to see any pieces of pasta in all the alfredo. Pizzas are hit or miss on quality as well, too much sauce, sometimes cold by the time it gets here, sometimes burnt. They used to be perfect and I almost never had an issue, then all of the sudden a few months ago they started getting more wrong than they got right. Not sure how much longer I'll tolerate the shoddy service and food before I switch to somewhere else. Update: I was on hold for an hour before giving up and hanging up, 20 minutes before their closing time. Will be calling tomorrow...
Read morePizza was good but customer service from one particular male was less than desirable. Ordered a pizza on line and when i went to pick it up there were 3 customers ahead of me in line. After the young female worker helped the first customer, the female worker left the register and the customer moved to the side. In walks a new customer. She walks straight to the counter and a male employer, who had a long black pony tail, and saw us waiting in line, stops what he is doing and proceeds to help her even though 3 customers are waiting in line, in front of her. I said to the male employee, "we have been waiting in line and you help someone who just walks in the door?" No response from the male employee and the female customer just walks past us, out the door, avoiding eye contact. The male employee then proceeds to walk away from the register. About 30 seconds later the young female employee returns to the register and says, "next in line" We i get to the register to pick up my pizza, i voice my displeasure to the female employee about the customer service of the pony tail male employee. She said she would speak to him and apologized, but do i think she will, probably not. 3 stars for the pizza and 0 stars for...
Read moreBy far the LONGEST I've ever had to wait for a pizza. We ordered our pizza at 6pm on their website. The website said it would be available for pick-up in 15-24 minutes. We was about 25-30 min away from their location. I finally pull up at 6:30pm on the dot and walk in to the store to pick up our pizza and our name isn't even on the screen for pickup. So I get to the register and I told the lady my last name and that we was there to pick-up the pizza. She pulls our order up and tells me the total and I give her my card to complete the purchase. She tells me it will be ready shortly. At this point im very confused because people that walked in AFTER me are getting their pizzas. By this time its past 7pm and I have been waiting in the lobby for over 45 minutes and I am watching people come in and get their pizza. It's almost as if they just put me to the side and forgot about me. At 7:55 they told me my pizza will be out in 5 minutes. They give me my pizza at 8:13. The lady at the counter didn't have a care in the world or urgency to get our order ready. NEVER go to this place, horrible staff, terribly unorganized, and very unprofessional. Never again will I go there again nor go to Dominos....
