Habit Burger & Grill — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

I'm sad that this location hasn't lived up to its expectations. I was hoping for something good on the south side of MV but this new location has fallen short with multiple visits. We first went around the few days of its opening and they were scrambling to get a flow going with many frustrated customers around the counter area. It's understandable that they are working out the issues and tweaking their process but it was clear they did not have procedures intact. No assurance or acknowledgement to customers or complaints and very long wait times (not to mention it was freezing inside and we like the cold, it was just so cold it was uncomfortable). The second time I returned, a simple burger was ordered through the drive thru. The very first bite I had a very hard plastic in my food. I turned on the light in my car and it almost appeared to be melted plastic, possibly from the burger package. It was strong enough, that if someone were to swallow, it would definitely cut the throat. The food was over seasoned and just generally disappointing. I truly hope they take the online criticism as a means for improvement because I'd like this location...

Visit #2 (and last): Visited today for lunch and absolutely will not return to this location and likely not any Habit. Ordered food and had to have a burger remade due to an allergy to onions but the burger contained onions. The same burger was remade with onions...and again. Remade burger 3 times and it was still wrong and contained onion with a complimentary side of ONION RINGS...not sure if they were trying to be funny or this was just them being rude. Either way, done spending $100 on lunch to be disrespected and sick. Literally everyone in the restaurant had issues and as we were leaving people were coming back in because they were missing food.

Visit #1: New location, same issues. Several items in order were incorrect with little resolution. However, food was good. Kiosks to order were a bit frustrating because use there was only one out of four working properly. Clearly still working...

I had a mobile order for $15. The app said my meal was ready, but it wasn't. I had already waited 10 minutes. I waited another 10 minutes and asked if it was close to being done. They hadn't even started making it. When I got home after 8 hours of hard work, I bit into a rock hard dried out burger and bun and they were completely burned. I tried to call the store on Iris in Moreno Valley and the number was disconnected. So I drove back over and showed them the burger. Although they remade my order, I won't go back to this restaurant because I don't want another dried out burned burger for $15 or a long wait. Also bear in mind that it wasn't busy when...
