Mahachai Thai Cuisine — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

Did take out order, it was on time. The place is a little hard to find. I ordered from here a few months ago based on the great reviews. The food was excellent & was happy it was close to home. This time I don't know what happened, did they get new management or cook? Everything we got was subpar compared to before. Egg rolls - little & hardly anything inside, no taste Tom Yum Soup - Very watery taste, little flavor Pad Thai - mushy noodles. Added broccoli, got 3 pieces. Asked for limes which always come with Pad Thai, got lemons, no limes. Hardly any flavor. Got it with chicken, kinda dry & tough. Pineapple fried rice - I know they're not Chinese, but I have never had it anywhere with curry? added. It wasn't sweet at all, but strange flavor & a little spicy which we didn't want. That's why we ordered it because my husband doesn't eat spicy. We'll not be going back again. They need to order some Thai food from some other top reviewed places in town & compare. Guess I'll go back to my old favorite on Alessandro...

Been a customer here several years I called to order food tonight and 1st time I got hung up on. I called back and ordered some thai soup. I was told 30 min as orders ahead of me. The lady knew my name as they have it after repeated orders there. She took my order and said 30 min then hung up. She did not bother to ask the size of the soup I wished to pay for nor the spice level desired. I waited 40min to give more then enough time. I got there and am told no order ready. No record of the order. I showed them my phone log. Even called the place in front to show same number. Ridicules and unacceptable service and business practice for any restaurant. I would strongly recommend not going to this place for good service. The thai place down the street had better service, the soup was excellent and it was even cheaper. Bad show...worst rating. I will not be a customer...

Have been to this establishment quite a bit of times, either with my family alone or with friends. Always good food for the price. Even when we take our left overs home next day for lunch it still taste great. This time was a little different made a phone order for pickup. Just got appetizers to go my egg rolls an chicken dumplings/pot stickers were great as always no complaints there. Although sadly, the cream cheese wontons had a really strong shrimp/fishy smell to the point that they tasted really off. I'll try to be going back for lunch sometime. Hopefully next time the wontons won't have that taste an smell. 6/10 for great prompt service. The great customer...
