You'll regret visiting this bakery....Terrible service. (Try "Chela's Bakery" instead 10/10 pan and service!) ... La Rosca Bakery CANCELLED our $50 Rosca ORDER when we had paid it earlier that day and still put the order in 2 days in advance. No reason for it other than them messing up. They refused to give our money back and just ended up taking a smaller size for the same price. They were completely rude and said if we needed it tomorrow to just come in pick it up in the early am hours. The Rosca FEELS and LOOKS like flatbread. Honestly, best panadería in the IE. I grew up in LA and had my fair share of pan. This pan is hands down the best I’ve had out here. If you need a Rosca for Día de Reyes, I strongly recommend placing an order for one of theirs!! I like the one that comes cream filled! But I’ve had the traditional one, and that’s good too! I used to hate roscas because I thought they had to be dry and sticky. But theirs are so good. So moist. And fresh. I love it. Skip the trip to the grocery store.
