The District At Moreno Valley — Local services in Moreno Valley

Yoshinoya, basically has a limited menu, and what I mean by this is they're not like a restaurant where you get a wide variety of different dishes. This is not a bad thing because what ever food item you order from their menu is well cooked and very tasty. Sometimes you get tired of pizza and burgers and hotdogs and you want something different, so if you're tired of the same old fast foods then come on down to Yoshinoya and enjoy food that is not only tasty but good for you. It's located on the same lot is the IHOP restaurant. Cross streets are heacock and hemlock in Moreno Valley. Yoshinoya is not a real large place but it has enough seating for a group of people. The District for years was in a bad shape for years but after a major “face lift,” it has been invigorated again. I think it serves a great spot for future tenants like a Trader Joe’s or a movie theater or restaurants or any service/leisure business. It’s close to the freeway and residential neighborhoods like the master planned community of Sunnymead Ranch. I can’t wait to see this commercial/business area continue to grow and just change the surrounding areas...
