Yoshinoya, basically has a limited menu, and what I mean by this is they're not like a restaurant where you get a wide variety of different dishes. This is not a bad thing because what ever food item you order from their menu is well cooked and very tasty. Sometimes you get tired of pizza and burgers and hotdogs and you want something different, so if you're tired of the same old fast foods then come on down to Yoshinoya and enjoy food that is not only tasty but good for you. I think it serves a great spot for future tenants like a Trader Joe’s or a movie theater or restaurants or any service/leisure business.
