Las Nuevas Islas — Restaurant in Moreno Valley

Such a disgusting experience. The lady that was handling the food back and forth to the dining guests was using gloves to not only serve food but also had taken cash,coins and credit cards to process they payment. After processing a cash transaction she kept the same gloves on and grabbed the plates the cook had just made with the same glove on hand still not changing gloves nor washing hands. Lastly to top it off, grabs a wet rag and goes on to clean the dirty tables that had eaten SEAFOOD. I don't know how she doesn't understand the severity of the current pandemic and not to mention the NORMAL risk with handling shellfish and how sick somone could get there. Came to have dinner with my husband and my friend, we were just hungry and wanted to get something quick. The cashier/waiter was extremely rude since the beginning and as soon as we told her we got the order wrong, she got mad and started raising her voice. She went to change my order after she repeat herself like 5 times, telling me she asked my husband twice. When she brought the food to the table she just threw the food in the table and left quickly.

My husband asked her to call a manager, but no one ever came. She my husband walked in to ask for a manager, but they had no manager.

The cook came out and apologized, but when we were talking to him she came and interrupted us, raising her voice.

Worst customer...

Too pricey for a place that tends to forget about it's customers. It took 25 minutes for someone to acknowledge us and seat us, when there was plenty of open seats available. They even took another 30 minutes to come to our table and get our order. The best thing about this place was the janitor. She was really kind. She actually gave better service than our waitress (who seemed bothered that we showed up). I totally understand if it was busy but man if you get bothered that easy, maybe find a different job that isn't in customer service?
