Edit: update on my grievance. The person responsible has called me and apologized profusely for the mistake. And has been remedied. ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨Was a first time customer. Now a never returning customer. Not for delivery and not for in store. The morning starts at 9ish am when i made my delivery order on weedmaps. The weed maps post said $50 minimum and Free delivery. ✨✨(please reference screenshot 1 top corner you will notice the 9 am timestamp)✨✨ screenshot number 2 will include the conversation with the driver about the fee. In screen shot number 3 you will the updated weedmaps post from after pur conversation with time stamp for 12pm.✨✨✨ The general manager called me after i had texted with the driver and attempted to convince me otherwise.I told her on the phone I literally scraped the exact amount for what i thought my original price for my order was going to be.I am on a fixed income and my wife uses marijuana for her disability. And we didnt have a ride today to go in person. Which is why i chose to go this route for delivery. She understood and said they would honor it for me this time. I was happy with that. We went about the order. The driver gets to my house. And i go to pay for my order and he said that they didnt take dimes. Only quarters ( I wasnt aware the dimes was going to be a problem) as again ive never been here before. He said he had to call his manager for confirmation if he could take the small amount change i had. I had given him most of my balance for the order in bills and some of it in quarters and dimes. His manager decided it was brilliant to use profanity whem addressing the driver about me. The driver proceeded to tell the manager to "chill" because he saw that i heard what was said. I am not upset with the driver in this entire interaction at all. He was absolutely amazing. I was happy with the product. What i was not enthused about was being refered by with profanity by someone who is supposed to lead this dispensary. And for yall for tryjng to go back on something when you had full ability to correst your mistakes from the get go. Not...
Read moreI order frequently from The New Guys/Treehouse. Thus, I am used to their abnormal policies. Today, however, I placed my order. For sixty minutes, nothing. Then one missed unavailable call. After two hours of perceived no contact, I called, only to be yelled at for one minute and thirty seven seconds for not answering my phone. Four and a half hours after placing my order (order is promised delivered in one hour), my driver arrived. I was paying by debit. The driver couldn't get the card reader to work. He made repeated phone calls. It was 109 degrees outside. I have severe asthma and COPD. An active fire is burning 4.8 miles from me. After waiting 9 minutes outside, and beginning signs of respiratory distress, I was told I could only pay cash. I explained my health conditions. I then walked three and a half blocks to a seedy liquor store (where as a female I do NOT feel safe) round trip to retrieve cash. My lips and nail beds were navy blue when I returned. After my driver left, I made it four steps and fainted. I am now in the ER on O2. If you want a company that cares about your health, unfortunately do not pick New Guy's. I hate writing this, but I feel it...
Read moreJust had the worst customer service experience ever. The budtender was ok but knew nothing about the product, prices and deals. Was told something was on sale and I would get a first time discount on top of the sale. It wasn't ringing up that way so he called over another guy (had long dreds) and he was a total jerk. Couldn't tell me to original price, the sale price or why the discou t wasn't applying. So instead of figuring it out he just snapped at me and said "do you want it or not". So I left and happily paid full price down the block at a different shop. Now it makes sense why the tip jar was completely empty. Told my hubby what happened and he said he had a similar experience there and never went back. I've been a budtender and a business owner and would never have thought to speak to a customer in that manner. Be nice to the customers and know your products, prices and deals. Shouldn't be...
