Burger King — Restaurant in Morgan City

Food was okay, and manager was very rude. I ordered through the drive thru and asked if they had chocolate chip cookies, and he said no. Which was no problem, and I responded back with “That sucks.” And proceeded to order something else, whenever I got to the window, literally as I pulled up to it, he slammed the window it in my face. Pretty damn hard too. Which at first, I thought it was an accident. Then I heard him screaming about something after he slammed the window. He then opened it to take my card, and then slammed it again. He handed my drink, food, and my card back.. Or what I thought was my food, so I began to pull off. When I got to the beginning of the exit to pull off he yelled saying I’m forgetting my food, which he was not clear about when handing me the bag in the first place. The other night my girlfriend and I went to the drive thru. I ordered one Whopper. One vehicle in front of us. At 3 minutes behind waiting, I realized that the person at window is in a conversation with the driver in front of us. Now 5 minutes later, my girlfriend who has all the patience in the world, actually said, What's going on. I told her. So unprofessional. It's a drive thru. Serve the customer and move on to the next. If you really need to talk to someone, do it on your own time. Will never go here again. But if two women want to talk, the lady should of pulled to side so the other customers can get there food and she could of went back and talked after. It is a drive thru, not a conversation booth. This BK has had it's ups and downs over the times I've visited. Some days it's good, some days it's real slow, some days you can't hear the worker out of the microphone, some days you can't read the menu because the breakfast menu is still up at 6 pm at night, some days the service is fast and food is hot. The one thing I know about this BK is that it'll always leave you guessing on what you're going to get, and overall it's good but the few mishaps is why I rate it 3 stars, if you're driving through Morgan City going westbound to Lafayette, wait a couple more minutes and stop at the one along Highway 90 in Bayou Vista, they seem to be...
