Taco bell in De Ridder is the worst for customer service. As a disabled vet with brain damage I struggle with the new self order kiosk. I was in your restaurant today, and I struggled trying to order. I don't understand how to use it, all the while the workers ignored me knowing full well I was having difficulties. I finally got the attention of a worker and had to ask for help before anyone would help. The person who finally assisted only placed half of it. Told him it was to go he brought it out as an in house . I stated it was to go and he brought a bag for me to bag myself.
