Very disappointed in this place !! I grew up eating Great food from here years ago. Returned last week and was SO very disappointed in the food, service, prices, & quantity, and quality of food. I got $35 worth of products, only to get home 35 miles away and they left out a couple of paid items. The tenders were SO small they looked like nuggets. Rice dressing was not good. Red beans tasted like they came out of a can. Many people had warned me about the quality of food going down. But I had to check for myself. It's TRUE !!! They really need to do better. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by someone behind the counter and right away they apologized for being a little sorry handed and that they would tend to me as soon as possible. Within just a few minutes I ordered and without delay my order was fixed as soon as I paid. I ordered a two piece meal with fries and a drink. The chicken was NOT greasy at all. The breading was crisp and tasty and the meat was moist and flavorful. Even the the fries were cooked just right and tasted good enough to eat without ketchup. I can't wait to return. Ordered 2 combos: 4 piece w/ fry and red cream soda added a jalapeño; 3 piece w/ mashed potatoes and sweet tea added a jalapeño. Doordash delivered, asked where were the 2 drinks and he said he was only given the bags. I called the location, said i didn't receive my entire order and the girl handed the phone to another woman. I told her I did a Doordash order and didn't receive everything. She asked my name, read out the order minus the drinks. I told her I didn't get everything and she told me "yes you did".
