As big fans of little Caesars, we are VERY disappointed and dissatisfied with this Morgan Hill location. We just moved to town and we were very hungry and very excited for our first Little Caesars pizza night since moving to town. From the moment we walked in it was a bad vibe. The worker working at the time was very unfriendly. We ordered an extra most bestest pizza andd he very rudely said "we don't have any" I said "ok, well we can wait- how long will it take?" He replied "10 min". I replied "that's fine, we would also like bread sticks, and a cheesy jalapeno sauce" we paid and we went to the truck and waited. After 10 min we went back in and he tossed the oder on the table and didn't say anything and moved back to his register. We waited a few min. and I asked "is this ours" He just looked and nodded. It was in the brown regular pizza box not the white extra most bestest box. So I asked "we ordered the extra most bestest. Is this an extra most bestest?" He looked over and nodded. I thought it was odd but I asked again, he said "it is" well, long story short, it wasn't! We took it home and the guy gave us a regular pizza and assured us multiple times it was an EMB. He charged for an EMB too. He also gave us a ranch and not a cheesy jalapeno. It's the little things in life that give you joy and it's the little things that aggravate. We will not be going back to this location. Accidents happen. This wasn't an accidental mistake. 1 star is even...

This location NEVER has any food prepared, so I’m honestly not even sure why it exists? This establishment BOASTS about their $5 “hot and ready” pizza but here? You’d be lucky to walk in while they’re baking one. I wouldn’t mind waiting for a fresh pizza if it wasn’t bad pizza, but let’s be real here - take those signs off your walls, Morgan Hill LC’s. Nothing is ever ready here.
Not only that, but the staff almost refuses to make crazy bread and instead insists that you have the more expensive cheesy garlic bread option instead. Probably some strange upselling thing the owner forces on the employees, which is super odd in and of itself considering we’re talking about a $5 pizza chain here, like, little Caesars markets to broke people so what I see here is a horrible business owner trying to eliminate waste at the cost of their customers. And they’re probably wondering why their location isn’t doing well. 🙄
Oh, don’t bother ordering online either - if you catch their online ordering open, that is. They won’t bother even making your order until you’ve shown up and waited behind a line of ten irate customers to inquire about why your food isn’t ready yet.
You’re better off driving the 10 miles up Monterey to go to the San...
Read moreI did a phone order on Monday May 6th so when I arrived in Morgan hill I can pick up my pizza and be on my way to San Jose. When I get to the store they tell me they just put it in the oven because they messed up and made it pepperoni. So I had to wait he said 7 minutes. So this takes away the whole point of me ordering and not having to wait, I don’t have a lot of time to waste in the day when I’m working. What bothers me is he said that I went ahead and put some extra cheese on it for you. But I ordered the extra most bestest which already comes cheesed up, so he basically did nothing just wanted to make it sound good. Then after the 7 minutes I go back in to the store & Marsha is ordering pretzel pizzas for Wednesday May 8th at noon (no problem with this) the guy ask here what type of sauce red or cheese sauce she was simple and said the way it comes. He talked about the 2 different sauces for 5 minutes with her and said like 12 times Wednesday may 8th at noon (I can still remember this even 5 days later) the whole time I’m standing there & he sees me he should have given me my pizza & let me be on my way but I waited they all of that. I understand its little ceasers don’t expect the world from it, but I think the service could be a lot better if bucket hat guy would use some...
