Horrible rude service. Will never use again

In response to your reply: Actually you didn’t remove it promptly, you made me come back several days later and it still wasn’t ready. This disregard for a customer’s time is unacceptable.

In addition, you were not apologetic but rather seemed put off and asked if I could clean the marks you made off the dress. For a $90 alteration, I expect it to be perfect and ready to be worn. This was absolutely not the case. Also as a good gesture, you should have discounted the price for the inconvenience you caused me to come back to your business because you lack quality control.

Rude customer service (the woman there was nice enough though) and was charged $100 for a hem on a dress!
