Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Morganton

If I could give this Dominos 0 stars I would!! This is the 2nd time I’ve had to come back to this location after driving all the way home bc my order is messed up. Yes I should’ve checked it before leaving, that’s my fault.. but it’s not that freaking hard to read a receipt and give a customer the correct pizzas! The 1st trip, when I got home and my cookie brownie was burnt to a CRISP.(see pic attached) I called and the employee said there wasn’t a manager there so he couldn’t do anything for me.. proceeded to ask if I wanted the manager to call me back but hung up on me before I could give my info!! So that was money wasted. Just went back tonight and when I got home 2 out of 3 of the pizzas were completely wrong. I tried calling 3 times on my way back to the store but nobody would answer. I get here and there are FIVE employees inside twiddling their fingers. They didn’t hear the phone ringing? It’s funny once I’m sitting in my car waiting to get my pizzas remade I see the woman pick up the phone. On top of that when I got here to pick up my order in the first place, I seen a man walking in with a pizza box in his hand looking at his receipt. So if I had to guess his order was wrong too! I’m sick of this place. I’m not the type to leave a review like this so I’m not doing this for any reason but to warn others. GO TO ANOTHER...

I am done with Dominos. I recently moved to the Morganton area, and order about once a month - about 5 times total. Where I moved from the food was always great, but here (I've tried Union St and Burkemont) the orders have not been right even once, and I'm tired of wasting money. If it was a pick up order, they would hand me the wrong food. If I asked for light sauce, I got extra sauce instead. So I finally stopped ordering pizzas altogether and switched to cheesy bread for the last two orders, and both times I marked NO bacon (I can't eat red meat) - but again, it seemed to have EXTRA bacon on it. I had to throw it away because it was impossible to pick it all out - and who wants to pick their food apart before they can eat it? If I had to say anything positive it would be that the delivery people are great. But I won't be back. I don't want a discount or a free pizza. I just want someone to know/care about this poor attention...

We had a free coupon for a free pizza, but it didn’t show on our order, because we did order other things. So I called to verify that we had 2 pizzas and I guess she said she was the dm meaning district manager, and she read back my order telling me that it showed the free pizza and the pan pizza. Then they didn’t bring it and when I called to tell them they didn’t bring it they said no it took the coupon off the pan pizza. So we only got 1 pizza in other words they wasn’t truthful, when they could have made it right but instead did us wrong. We order a lot from there but definitely won’t be ordering...
